Right now I'm pretty cold turkey but if one more relationship / opportunity / event is ruined because of it then i'll seriously consider it.

They're all pretty related. You're studying the same subject with a different focal point.

The entire career of sales is understanding human nature. I'm not sure why you're taking your own post out of the exact context you described..

Funnily enough I read by candle light before bed drinking a sleep tea bs from David's tea Never realized it was a thing though. Thanks. Apparently putting your feet in a hot bath tub of water for 10 minutes helps too. Found that deep on Reddit awhile ago when I was suffering from sleep issues. Actually works, someone had a scientific source for it too. Nowadays I take the whole process pretty seriously

On the lighting thing, I wear blue sunglasses at night. I picked the idea up from a sleeping forum when I was having issues. If the sun has set I usually wear them when watching tv, phone, whatever. It's basically flux for real life

Oh ok. I think i just dont really know what each % looks like. my fitbit aria scale was clearly BS so i returned it. The variance, between even stepping on it 5 times in a row was hilarious. I'm assuming im above 20%, ending my bulk, but i can bench 2 plates etc. But i have never had abs, except for one time I was super intermittent fasting and dehydrated enough to see them, lol. I'm prob 20-23%. My diet has ben clean for a week and a half (actually clean, tracking calories and macros already. I…

How hard is 12% to maintain while natty? Is it realistic or does it have to be a major part of your life, like beyond hobby level. I'm not against steroids. Just starting learning about them. Think I'm too young though

I think I've had a lot of success in my life with average height half an inch shy of 6 feet. Probably a 7 all thru high school. (8-8.5 now that I am fit, can afford nice clothes/haircuts and figured out my look). But in high school and uni I was always different. I think it was untreated ADHD. Always in trouble. Always stirring shit up. Sporadic decision making. Spur of the moment dates. Girls came to me in those days and I never really understood it. Obviously I'm not in that environment but th…

All I really did was cut out the booze which I was drinking beer 4 days a week. Think two 28 packs of bud minimum. Diet was always healthy growing up. Pizza was the only place I deviated. I cut that and added intermittent fasting. Now I'm below 20% first time in my life. I want to actually cut now just to see what my face looks like etc. Made a whole diet plan read multiple resources. I'm a bit confused on milk though. My diet is basically dairy and meat, some oats pre or post work out very earl…

I'd agree with you but it's really not that hard to just buy vegetables or not jerk off for a week. So what you'll implode on Friday night and order a pizza and wack off. That's still 6 positive days, a net positive. Your analogies are weak. I get what you are saying but it applies to physiological drug addictions. Not video games and procrastination.

Man I quit coffee altogether when I was a student, for caffeine pills. That was a solid 4-5 years of only caffeine pills. Now I have a shitty coffee maker and love it. I switch it in and out with teas to taper caffeine. I also make tea in the evening, some sleepy team bullshit from DavidsTea (I have no idea if it works, chamomile?) but it sort of pavlovian gets me ready for bed. I put the phones away, sometimes I dissolve a melatonin or whatever else in the tea, and read a book relaxed. As for t…

Sorry I didn't read your post. I sort of was set on the path for the treatment in my teens and had braces for many years and they expanded my upper jaw, then decided they had to stop everything as I was still growing. I believe 21 is the standard age for this stuff

I have a huge underbite but I'm not getting the surgery. Of course it puts you out of commission for a long time which is brutal, but I have seen cousins get the same surgery and I do not like how they look after. However I am fortunate in that my bite isn't that fucked up, but I think it gives me a minor lisp. Main reason I don't want to get it done is I quite like my jaw line. And my family has pronounced necks to the point where they have no chin. I believe if I were to get it done my chin wo…

Replace a third of your video game time with exercise. It will make a world of difference. Just walk outside in the sun. Introduce push ups, get a membership at the YMCA and lift. You'll now be happy, confident and fuckable and maybe make some friends. All qualities employers are looking for, too. Clearly you aren't ready for a serious commitment though. Those video games are the very reason you don't have any real life friends. And you are addicted. And probably in denial.

Come on dude you know it's going to get better. Stop doing whatever addictive shit you're doing. Video games, porn, drugs and especially booze will all depress you by design. Do healthy shit and things will fall into place if you get some momentum. Things will line up and someone will hire you. It's usually just a numbers game and being st the right place at the right time. Go work in a grocery store for now or something and have some fun. No shame in living with your parents even in your mid tw…

I know roosh's forum had location based subforums for these type of meet ups. I assume the crowds would have similarities and overlaps. Haven't been on his forum for years What would be different from just going to a bar and talking to strangers? To be honest you would probably learn more and deal with less hassle going out by yourself. Always had way more success that way.

I always pre drinked before parties and bars so I rarely had anything on me. It's not like everyone always has a cup in their hand and if you really feel weird at a party just carry a red solo cup. No one would expect you to not be drinking so it would be weird to even accuse you

Agreed. Everyone here is talking about what they interpret his message to be, but to me it sounds like he compared himself to his friends for a decade and felt lackluster. He finally got what he perceives to be his payoff that they expressed doubt in their career. He thinks he finally comes out on top. When in reality literally everyone complains about their career or questions their path. No matter what. These guys are unequivocally better off and will come to their senses very soon and have a …

This is an insane stretch because you clearly don't know anything about Young Thug. He was wearing women's clothes since he was a nobody in the rap scene. Since he was a kid. He talks about it for years. Saying he couldn't find/afford skinny jeans that fit his scrawny ass so he bought girls instead. And then he just ran with it. Literally every music video he is in women's clothing man. There's no agenda for young thug he's just being provocative that's his entire image. He's also clearly just i…

Yet you still look longingly in the direction of the salesman when they are charming your cohorts. You also seem to think no one hires successful salesmen when that is the easiest career that can secure jobs if they have a beast of a track record and relationships in an industry. You also seem to think sales doesn't require "using your brain". I've concluded you have no idea what salesmen even do.

No one in MMA makes that much money. Connor McGregor's purses have just started breaking the millions. Some can barely sustain themselves since they changed all the sponsorship rules where players can't really profit. McGregor doesn't even have 30 million to his name after endorsements. That is an incredibly idealistic (blue pilled) view on "alpha careers". Firefighter, really? What's next, trash collector is more macho too because it deals with the elements? You started the sales is less alpha conversation. You're on the red pill arguing against sales as a skill set and can't see the irony. It's obvious everyone looks to sales managers in organizations for pure charisma which even more obviously translates to red pill fundamentals.

You're taking the titles of these laws too literally rather than applying them broadly to contextual situations it's not a rigid life guide. You're also passing your opinion off as objective. I think this book is just not suitable for low IQ individuals.
