1	Alcohol: The Reason I Chose to Stop Drinking I am right there with you, and it is strange how similar you are to me. I can drink straight vodka all night, and after four large glasses with ice, I'll start getting tipsy. Last time I was in Vegas, my drinks were $35 each, because they charged by the shot. They should have been more, but the bartender was generous with his pours. I started buying my own bottles after the first night. Last night, I drank 12 dark beers, and was buzzing after #10.
