1	A guide to presence and gratefulness [long post] Just a quick thing to add on being present , Posture is key. For example , when sitting keep your back straight and head in line . Imagine a string pulling the back of your head up which will also push your chin down a little. Also when walking i like to think of it as my feet kissing the earth.
