1	In order for their to be a rape culture, all females globally would need to be raped on average every four months and no males would be jailed for it. As this is definately not the case, there is no rape culture. Most harm in sexual violence is done to males? Blatantly false. I'm not going to claim being raped is more harmful than being falsely accused of rape, both are horrible.
