Really hope that this is not discouraging, but I basically fit that description to a T, and still am absolutely terrible with women 😭

Results in terms of building confidence and social skills or in terms of dates?

Guess I meant going out with the intention of cold approaching. So like taking an hour or two out of your day to do that specifically

Yep makes sense. I'm more looking for ways to become confident in my abilities. And looking at cold approach as a way to become confident in myself, my social skills, and my ability to flirt with women. Cold approach seems like a solid approach to achieve these goals, but happy to hear other suggestions if you have any as well. Thanks!

The improved confidence and social skills is definitely my top priority here, I feel that I could improve with ALL people, not just women, even my friends! Any tips on how to pick this skills up in a efficient manner?

Yep, totally understand that rejections are going to be prevalent. Thank you so much for responding, this is actually the exact response that I was hoping for. Obviously I would like to get more dates, but I'd almost view that as a secondary desire to my main goal of wanting to become better socially. Any advice on how to have better conversations? Thanks again for the input, this gives me massive hope that I can improve in a short period as you have

Dude that is crazy, I can't imagine dating someone for 4 years then just having them ghost me. Thanks man! Totally agree, I have been on my shit this week in terms of meditating, working out, coding, etc. Hope to keep the streak going! Thanks for the reminder.

Yeah that's a great comment. I tend to invest more then her which I know is bad. I'll bring it down if she ever hits me up. Thanks man

Damn sorry to hear that man. I’m just especially confused because in person it seems great and like she’s into me, but then the two ghosts through text indicate otherwise. She’s a self admitted bad tester, so I’m wondering if she genuinely just forgot, but on the other hand, if she was interested, she wouldn’t forget. Anyways, thanks for the comment, I hope your situation improves

The weird part is that I feel like in person I’m not wasting my time and being treated well, it’s just the ghosting via text that’s confusing

The weird part is that I wasn’t just texting her, we went on several dates that seemed to go really well. Think you’re right though, I’ll probably just let this one be

Very true. Just weird that this happens only via text and the in person interactions are pretty great. Think you’re right though, thanks for the reminder!

Masks are probably better in this current climate though - infectious disease is running rampant.

Jesus dude. I rarely visit this sub due to the cringey PUA nonsense that is quite prevalent, but this may be the best post I've ever read here. Well done.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
