What you've essentially done is hold up a mirror and he doesn't like what he sees. He can now see that it's possible to improve himself like you have, but instead of using you as inspiration, his ego is protecting him by trying to bring you back down to his level. This is called crabs in a bucket mentality. A true friend wouldn't feel this way, they would be happy for you. Ignore his critiques, make it awkward when he does, if he ever snaps out of it and starts to improve himself, encourage him.…

If your growth plates have fused then you won't grow taller but you can become/appear taller. good posture (shoulders back, chin level to floor, don't slump) wear well fitted clothes (no baggy jeans or shirts) avoid horizontal stripes and contrasting colours between pants and top (white top and black pants break up your visual shape Vs all black which flows visually) nice pair of boots - don't go nuts with elevator shoes as it's too obvious but 1-2inches from a normal pair of nice boots is an ea…

These girls can be rare and are usually sexually very inexperienced. I actually know one and can be real diamonds in the rough. They'll be timid to begin with. If a normal redpill LTR is 90% alpha and 10% beta then your dynamic with a girl like this should start off something like 60% alpha and 40% beta and scale back to normal from there. As for piquing their interest, it depends entirely on the girl, just be a masculine dude and have fun.

With regards to cheeky comebacks - it really is a skill you have to hone. My father was always quick witted and I've always talked shit with my boys so I had plenty of practice. Half the time it's more about how you deliver it. If you honestly can't think of anything in the moment - a default can be a short laugh, shake of the head and "you got me there dickhead" with a shit eating or even a genuine grin if it was a good roast. Generally sinking to their level just looks butthurt. If they've tak…

What is your plan? Be decisive in what you want to achieve in these coming months. Outline key areas you want to improve and then break down the smaller goals you need to achieve in order to see improvement in those areas. e.g. Start a website as an entrepreneurial project 1 hours a day learning java using 'X' resource 1 hour a day surveying rival websites and noting strengths/weaknesses etc etc etc - then create a schedule of how you can action these smaller goals You need structure and a plan.…

Do you have bros you talk shit with? Just treat it the same as one of your boys roasting you - don't take it seriously. If they're roasting you, banter back. If they're rejecting you just laugh and walk away. What condition? Just ignore - have some frame dude Banter back - you need to show that you don't care about what she says, e.g. your dick is the smallest I've ever had -> "and yet here you are" with a shit eating grin. Obviously this is annoying but again gotta act like it doesn't phase you…

Dad subtley redpilled me and my brother, I fully connected the dots a year or so later and found this place. Smart fucker, had raised us our whole lives with the foundations (fitness, education, girls, social life) but wasn't untill I was 17ish when he officially redpilled us.

How long does it take to type a few messages to build rapport? I'm constantly improving myself and keeping busy but to take 1min out of my day when I have breaks to reply isn't hard. If you straight up ask her to come over, her ASD will likely trigger. You'll likely need to put in a bit of work (like meet up for drinks/chat a bit) in order to turn her into a regular plate that you can just invite straight over.

Get Computer science education/certification, get job, save and invest 50% of pay in index funds. Read about psychology to advance career and develop social network. Make new friends, organise social events, start new hobbies, plate girls. Get jacked, start MMA, take care of hair/skin/body. By 30 you'll be a 0.1 percenter, that's roughly my plan anyway.

At your age it wouldn't be too difficult to just start working out and your body will go through a slight recomp so I'd continue eating what you eat. In 6 months if you feel like you're fat, do a cut for a few months then start lean bulking with more attention to diet.

For cutting weight through IF; drinking one black coffee and lots of water when I wake up, this stops me from getting hungry and I can effectively fast till 11am. Intermittent fasting is pretty good and only took me this one slight adjustment.

What makes a man is not the absence of fear, but the conquering of it. Consistently exposing yourself to rejection will help, start off small (I.e ask a stranger the time) and work up.

You don't address it directly, that would be autistic and she'll play dumb. You need to solve the root cause, which is that you are UNATTRACTIVE to her. What you need to do is: improve your smv (lift, dress well, socially confident) improve your frame (both in and out of your relationship) spend more time without her doing things you enjoy (hobbies, sports, friends, networking) All of this will foster a baseline level of DREAD. This is not to fix her or your relationship, it's to fix you. She wi…

Practical advice? Go on a cut and lean out yourself, her seeing you tightening up on your diet and forgoing heavy meals while she continues eating may cause her to notice her eating habits. Covert subcommunication that conveys your dislike of the weight gain. Could even just be checking out a slimmer girl when you watch a movie together or accidentally grabbing a bit of her belly during sex. This is how women communicate. Continuous level of dread. You should be a high value man, muscular, caree…

I read your earlier post and I am in a very similar situation to you LTR wise. I think you accepting the MFM threesome idea was a tricky mistake to make and it's compounded by the fact that you've had your fun with FMF threesomes and now it's her turn. I don't have any advice other than to ask do you want to see your LTR get fucked by another dude? The answer to that will determine your next actions.

I like to encourage her positive behaviour that requires more effort than a normal thot is going to put in, e.g Praising her for cooking me a new interesting meal that requires time and effort. This instills in her that she provides value that is above the default requirement of sex that any girl can provide. In doing this, it makes her feel more security in her value that she provides to you. It also makes it easy when you get the "is sex all you want" shit test -> course not babe, you cook a g…

I see a lot of good looking women (mid-late twenties) in grocery stores on weeknights and weekends. Otherwise what's your social circle like? Don't have much experience with OLD but it can't hurt if you're top 20%? The actual height doesn't give off the impression of short. It's a combination of build, posture and confidence. Girls can't tell how tall you are, it about how you make them FEEL. Girls won't care if you're muscular, have the broad shouldered slim waist combo, and good posture. Wear nice boots if you want a boost. Source: same height as you, early 20s

Always been confident and athletic but I think that's more a product of my upbringing and the situations I've placed myself in over the years (worked retail to improve people skills, played sports since I was 5, socialise heaps). I'm not overly hairy or super masculine (more of a pretty-boy) but my libido has always been very high and have always built muscle well. Aussie uni student here Don't do uni just for the social life, it's not worth the debt. Uni here is not like amercia, my experience even as a social guy is that you have to put more effort into making friends at uni and it heavily depends on the course, the associated clubs and your contact hours. If you do choose to go to uni, make sure its for a degree that you're going to stick with, has good job opportunities and isn't boring. A LTR will naturally demand more of your time and that's fair, she's a LTR after all. Protein shake - milk, oats, blueberries, banana, yoghurt, whey powder if you want it. Lots of meat, veggies, eggs, nuts, fruit, fish. Not too much heavy carbs/bread/grains. Best to make meals in bulk for the week and have prepared snacks (nuts, tuna cans, fruit). Would recommend slow-cooking (there's a subreddit too). Would recommend the book "sapiens" by yuval nosh harari. It gives a great overview of our evolution and there's a few chapters on tribal/pre-agricultural society. As for numbers, it was roughly in between around 100 000 years ago till around 12 000 years ago.

Hard to give you a list of responses or 'one liners' as that won't really fix the root of the problem. The solution is to have a carefree, not give a fuck, abundant mindset. This should make the frame tests easier but the underlying result is that any one interaction with a girl doesn't matter, as you have an attitude that communicates abundance of options.

Things that have contributed to my relative success so far: Setting, breaking down and tracking goals that you want to achieve. Starting with top level goals and then breaking down what you can do to achieve them monthly, weekly and daily. Surrounding yourself with people smarter than you. Starting a business with little skils is like saying you want to get girls without being attractive. You need to provide some value in order for someone to pay you. Start working on hobbies and identify if one of them can be monetised. Otherwise, identify gaps in the market where a certain skill/product is needed and then fill that gap. Better to do something that you have an interest in or you'll fizzle out.

Talk to everyone. This will improve your conversational skills, your social skills and you will naturally build a social circle the more you do it. Couple this with becoming a regular at locations (gym, yoga class, bjj gym, cafe, library study spot, skatepark, surf spot etc). The more people see you, the more you will integrate and be liked. Would recommend supplementing this with reading how to win friends and influence people. But if you're too lazy for that (you shouldn't be), focus on remain…

Poker night with my boys has become a regular and fun night to catch up and shoot the shit. As long as you have a poker set, tell everyone to come over with $10-20 and drinks/snacks. Always a good time.

In a 4 year LTR in my 20s. From my experience maintaining high status has given me success: Keep yourself in shape - gym takes precendence usually, she was annoyed at first but now she asks me how my pump is. Eat less large meals and consistently eat 5-6 smaller high quality meals throughout the day. Track with myfitnesspal. Snack on peanut butter sandwiches, nut bars, fruit with protein yoghurt, in addition to your big shakes. My go to meals are slow cooked curries/meats, mexican meat&bean&rice, meat&salad sandwiches/wraps, stir fry chicken&rice/noodles etc. Most of them meal prepped in advance. Check out the slowcooking, mealprep, cooking and gainit subs. Source: Leanbulked 10kg in the last year
