2	How do I approve a co worker who doesn’t have the same shift as me? Yeah just introduce yourself. Smile slightly and look in her eyes for the most part of the conversation. If you know that you would see her again for sure, maybe not ask for her number straight away. Give it a couple of run ins and then do it. 3	How do I approve a co worker who doesn’t have the same shift as me? I think you meant approach in your question. Anyway, it’s good that your shift isn’t the same. Ask her out after her shift. If things go well then great. You can worry about the shift being the same then. If they don’t, then it’s good that your shifts aren’t same and won’t see each other much.
