People are shocked to learn that I’ve lost 50 pounds and eat massive chipotle burritos all the time. Yeah because that’s all I eat for dinner and they have an excellent nutrition calculator on their website

Almost every piece of software out there is designed to make money. What it does, be it entertainment, socializing, or improving productivity, is just a means to that end

I think the reason it happens is because to them, police are big and scary who just want to make them feel like victims, whereas the school offers a comforting voice saying to just let them handle it, they'll kick the bad guy out, and everything will be okay. The girl is happy because the guy is gone, the school is happy because they don't have to report this crime statistic or do any kind of work in any legitimate judicial process, and nobody gives a shit about the guy so who cares if he's happ…

You're absolutely correct about that, but it's still common for universities to discourage victims going to the police, preferring to handle it themselves, for the reasons I stated above. Also, the reason the title IX requirements got so beefed up were due to what I was saying going on. It's a shame, because we have police and a judicial system to handle potential crimes, university administrators are woefully under qualified, especially when their solution doesn't have a focus on justice, it ha…

It's because if the police report it, it becomes a criminal event in the justice system that the universities are required to report, and they obviously don't want to report higher crime rates in their area. If they handle it though, there's no police report, nothing like that, and it keeps their statistics looking "good"

Dude if his goal is to find someone loyal which he made it sounds like in his post I'm just pointing out that he can still achieve his goal, even though like you said 99% are self centered shits

Hey man, think of the positives like others said. You got out relatively early, and most importantly you got out. It's not like everyone who swallowed the pill is infallible, but recognizing your mistakes and vowing to do better is what seperates you from the rest. As a side note, try not to let this ruin your view of women forever. Go out, do what you need to do, but if you're ultimately still looking for someone loyal, just remember there's someone out there who is, even if 99% of women aren't…

I hear what you're saying. One of my biggest pet peeves is that friends and my LTR gf often seem more interested in showing the world they're having fun by taking photos and posting them, than actually having fun and living in the moment That being said, I rarely post on it but I do find some uses. Like staying in touch with people I don't live by anymore, sometimes it's easier to message them on there than it is to call or text them

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
