6	Ouch... had it coming though She's currently on a show here in the UK called Dancing on Ice and is causing all sorts of drama. She refers to herself as two people, Gemma Collins and GC. GC is apparently the one that cries and is a bitch and attacks everyone around her. 13	Shutting her shit down. I read somewhere (probably reddit tbh) that the "customer is always right" is in respect to products and supply and demand. If I remember right they basically meant if they produce something and it doesn't sell, they've done something wrong and its not the customer who is wrong for not buying it? Not to be used an excuse for tolerating this behaviour or sometimes encouraging it by giving in to demands.
