| 13 | Shutting her shit down.I read somewhere (probably reddit tbh) that the "customer is always right" is in respect to products and supply and demand. If I remember right they basically meant if they produce something and it doesn't sell, they've done something wrong and its not the customer who is wrong for not buying it? Not to be used an excuse for tolerating this behaviour or sometimes encouraging it by giving in to demands.
