The Stonewall riots were in 1969. It's not recent that pride month is in June. Anyways these months are Ill defined anyway. Some organisations say the men's mental health month is November some say in June some say that it's a week in June. I get it that you don't like gay people. But no need to blame them for the lack of prominence for this month. The explanation is much simpler, people just don't know/care about this month and mental healthcare for men in general.

I disagree. We've got a culture where we encourage people of different genders to do different things. I don't like fighting yet I've been encouraged to fight several times. I'm sorry that therapy did not work for you but telling people not to do it while there is ample proof that it's great at treating depression is counter productive. I like citing this old meta-study as a source. Just because therapy doesn't work every time doesn't mean that it's useless. It's been proven effective time and time again for both sexes. I also really don't understand your comment of course people with great relationships are going to have a better mental health. Doesn't mean that we can't improve the life of people that have trouble maintaining relationships.

Why not let men make the same choice then ? Some of my male friends have been discouraged from pursuing social studies like history. I get that it's a shitty choice, but at the same time women don't get the same discouragement. Same if men struggle in school. They will be pushed off to vocational school. The objective of studies for men is much more on the work aspect than the culture and skills aspect. I don't think that's fair.

The Soviets had an ideal of gender equality. They put policies in place to ensure a similar number of men and women did science. These policies removed people's choices and freedom, which was par for the regime. I haven't looked at any videos yet including this one. I was looking at the comments and there were two comments with some information, the one addressing the 50/50 and the one linking videos. I'm quite disappointed with the comments over there. Apart from the 50/50 divorce statement nothing else was addressed. There's certainly not enough content to say that the dude is dishonest. I do remember seeing some problematic points last time I watched but it was a few years ago. I'll see it again this evening before criticizing it though.

I got stuck in the blackpill ideology back when it was still highly present on reddit. What helped me get out of it was changing environments. I went to university and met plenty of people. I made friends of both genders and was just at a better point in life. It didn't really help me get any dating success, and it took me a few years before meeting my current girlfriend. The main factor pushing these people away from jobs is a lack of academic achievements, something that men are disadvantaged with. SS : This article creeped me out. The duty to the country and to the children are seen as the same. These men having given up their imposed duties as fathers are expected to pay with their lives. I understand the need for two parents to support the growth of kids even if I think the state should step in if one of the two parents doesn't want to be a parent.
