Essentially their theory is that being bigger is better across the board and that if women were allowed the same access to high quality food as men were they would have adapted to be just as large, but in want of this access they developed to be smaller so they would need less food. The speaker in that TED-X video is largely referencing Zimbardo's writing in The Demise of Guys, a book that pathologizes the MGTOW generation.
