1	[deleted by user] The way I handled this, thanks to Jordan B. Peterson’s book 12 Rules of Life, is to not compare yourself to others but compare yourself to the man you were yesterday. And keep improving. This is exactly the mindset you want to maintain in order to grow self-esteem. Also consider quitting social media, especially Instagram. People post their most beautiful selected pictures and often even modified to make themselves look better.
