I don't blame the girl, it is kinda your job to make your attentions clear. You can't next her if you only been acting like "friends". You have to act like how you feel. If she is not on board with that, only then it's time to move on to the next. Remember you are the prize. Girls respect you more if you are direct when it comes to feelings especially if you have been talking to her for some time. Tell her you are attractive to her and want to fuck her.
