I'm not concerned about if it's the best or worst. I'm concerned about the laws and whether she can make something like this stick

No clue. But I would be stupid to agree to that.

She wants to write up a will. And she wants to make that a type of stipulation in the will. This is part of the problem. I flat out told her that I would never agree to such a thing. And I definitely wouldn't, sign off on anything.

I am aware of this. But I can't simply humour it.

I suggest to start working on seduction. Start lifting again. Randomly hold her hand. Get into her space at random, appropriate times. Put an arm or 2 around her. Touch her butt. Shit like that. Grab her and kiss her. My woman totally responded to that stuff. Are you in the same bed? Or sleeping separately? If separately. Work on getting her back in the same bed. Spooning usually leads to forking. Does she like reading? Leave a couple of naughty novels lying around. Or watch game of thrones. Or …

Kind of hard when my parents are on the other side of the planet.

That sounds brutal man. Like I mentioned before. I saw my parents spend like 10 years fighting In courts and spending over 50k in lawyers. I don't want that. My father did that. He did like a smear campaign against my mother. Went to all our relatives and called her a cheating whore who kicked him out of the house. Then they did this whole spiteful fighting thing whenever they met in court. I refuse to do that. I'm going to do my damndest to come out of this smelling like roses. I'm determined t…

Problem right is. I don't want to feed the fire. We have little kids that shouldn't be watching us fight. I'm pissed, she's pissed but our kids dont deserve to be in the audience.

Thank you for your advice. I really appreciate everyone's support on here. It's so, uplifting, to know I'm not alone.

The only thing I do for myself is sleep. and I can't help myself. Once my head hits the pillow. It's lights out. And she is mad that I can't stay awake to watch my kids. And I constantly get in trouble for it. I don't do it intentionally. I try to stay awake. And I go to the bathroom.

I think that's what killed us the most. Me being home for the first wave. We just were just constantly getting on each other's nerves

Quite frankly. I am willing to part with pretty much everything except my kids and my personal effects. But I think that I'm screwed when it comes to anything custody related because of my ADHD

We are both on edge. I'm conflicted. I want to be near her. And I just want her to be happy and smile at me. But I'm so relieved to go to work

It really does feel like she has already checked out. She doesn't want me to touch her. And she will shy away from me like I abused her. But I've never lifted a finger towards her.

My parents went through a long and painful and expensive divorce. Is there any way this can end without it being long and bloody?

She did. And that really bothers me. Because I know I have a lot of faults. But I also know it takes 2 to tango. But she comes back with I'm done changing. Which I don't think she ever put in more effort than I did.

I don't think anything I have ever done. has ever been good enough for her. I keep on trying to please her. But I get more complaints instead. I think that you are right. I need to start treating her as a roommate.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
