I don't really care what they say about me behind my back. Their small minds don't affect my life one bit.

She bends over in front of him, he no longer has anything to talk about; just mentally imagining all the ways he can do her.

I almost mentioned how much I loved redheads, but worried about the creeper level.

Sounds like she was approachable and open to begin with. Try it on a stuck up bitch and get back to us.

I'm confused at times. I got brainwashed by my last girlfriend into thinking that I'm some kind of sissy beta boy. There are things that I can improve upon but my friends and family love who I am and most people think I'm a good guy. Fuck that ex and her manipulative ways and fuck me for letting it happen. I'm no alpha but I have value and some woman will appreciate it.

My ex used to call me high maintenance if I complained about the heat or sweating. I did a lot of beta stuff around her.

I haven't seen any episodes of that show, so I wasn't aware of Dennis. Putting his methods aside, I feel like my ex-girlfriend went through these phases with me and I let it happen. D: She demonstrated value a lot by talking herself up, especially of past accomplishments. E: She engaged me physically early on (no sex, just making out and telling me that she doesn't usually kiss on the first date). N: At the time, I didn't have much going on in my life so being with her was a big thing for me, ho…

I'm 39 and am lucky if anyone picks up the phone anymore. My entire life has become small bits of text between people. I don't want to live here anymore.

I dated a single mom of two kids for 3 months. I was lucky if I got any reply at all. It depends on the girl and situation. They may also be playing a text game. Who knows really, unless you live in their minds or life.

With a name like Cameo Patch, she can get away with murder.

39 male here. I'm in the dating pool and it doesn't seem like any women want to get married or even make an effort at starting a relationship. I guess they're waiting for the right type of guy to change their mind, and that's not me. Too bad because from what I hear them complain about, all the good ones are taken and there are many creeps and crazies out there. Oh well, I keep enjoying the single life as I watch them grow old and alone as they wait for their perfect guy.

My ex used this, as well as "pull yourself up by your bootstraps", "suck it up", "I need a strong man that I won't squish" and other gems.

I forgot "I need a strong man so that I don't squish him" so I added it. Why should you want to squish your man? Why should we have to be strong enough to endure your abuse?

many women overlook that fact and act like their SO is just being a baby when he expresses genuine insecurities or concern When I did this with my ex-girlfriend I was told things like: "you're so high maintenance for a guy", "suck it up, pull yourself up by your bootstraps", "man up", "emotional quicksand", "I need a strong man so that I don't squish him". I felt like I had to be a robot.

Unfortunately for me, the last part of what you said sounds exactly like my ex-girlfriend. I guess it's one of the reasons she's my ex. Maybe I should say "fortunately for me" instead. I was at such a low point with her that I ended up buying books like this and this afterwards.

It was okay, but I could have done without the look on her face like the man could be doing something more interesting or domestic.
