If head is something you want, you tell her you want it. If she refuses, you withdraw. Tbh, sounds like "your girl" already has 1 foot out the door and is setting up for a branch swing. Looks like your time is over bro, enjoy your time away and don't put up with her shit anymore

Learn to accept and fully feel your feelings, do some reading about the anger phase from the main sub

Channel your anger/frustration/disappointment better. Boys use it to complain. Men use it to take action. The sooner you ditch the pity party, the sooner you can start making a change. Stop looking backwards.

Don't pursue co workers man. Observation is fine, light teasing and flirting is okay but be very careful.

You need to forgive yourself for how it went down. Accept it fully and move the fuck on my bro. Throwing her a line to see if she wants to hang out is fine but if you lead with an apology you're immediately surrendering your frame. Surely with this improved SMV you've built you can approach and find other women, i think you should be looking forward not backwards. God speed

Do not discuss politics with women. Do you have a male social circle? Doesn't sound like you do... If you're already second guessing this much then I wouldn't recommend looking at marriage. Yes it's true that every LTR will have it's own issues and problems, thats why TRP is all about focusing on yourself, being the best YOU can be. At the end of the day, do what makes you happy. Trust your gut. Good luck

It takes time to build RP habits and it will feel weird/"wrong" at first. My advice is; Shoot your shot as much as you like but don't sit around reviewing every single fucking detail. Based off how much you've thought about all this shows that you are still internalising TRP and have a long way to go. Thats not a bad thing, growth is good. Just remember to focus on your own growth and not on the minuscule details of every interaction you have. If you want to say she looks hot if she sends you a …

Small talk killed attraction most likely Your first and only text after the date should've been to set up for the next one. "Hey, let's get a drink this Saturday at x" or something like that. Bitches dont want to talk about your week, they dont care. Shoot your final shot and try setup for another date. DO NOT ASK HER IF SHE WANTS TO HANG OUT Tell her. Assume attraction even after she's pulled away. If she doesn't reply again or if she turns you down without an alternative suggestion, its over. …

Why are you even checking her Snapchat location? The one with trust issues is you. If you have enough time and mental capacity to check shit like this, you clearly aren't on your purpose or grind. Sounds like this relationship is pretty much over. You won't trust her anymore and she won't trust you anymore. Seems like your options are to either next or pull away and try build more attraction

I don't agree with explaining why Y or X is better, remember DARE not DEER. I agree however, that OP definitely sounded butthurt and that dried up any tingles. If you put out a suggestion and then she responds with a suggestion of her own, imo you have 2 options. 1) say okay to her suggestion and lead the interaction regardless 2) say no. I mean say no if you don't like her suggestion, not because it's some weird fake alpha shit

My only piece of advice is to work on your initial greetings. Even for car dates, wait outside your car and greet them with a big smile and a hug or something along those lines. You need to set the tone and break the ice immediately. The faster you can break the barrier to touch, the easier kino and escalation will be. The longer you wait, the harder it will be. I've recently started giving people very energetic greetings and seen fantastic results. Other than that, best thing you can do is move…

Sounds like you've got a long way to go on this journey of yours, which is good. Plenty of room to grow. To me, it sounds like you haven't fully internalised femininity and masculinity. You keep saying that you aren't attracted to girls if they show sexuality and yet you also say that you want an LTR. A man who understands the differences between the sexes will know that sexuality isn't something thats only shown in the bedroom, it comes in many forms and it definitely isnt repulsive. Its clear …

For sure. Meeting people through social circles leads to much better relationships than through a dating app

I think this is actually my biggest weakpoint. Outside of gym, bettering myself, etc i dont have many hobbies that encourage social interaction. I like all things music, singing, dancing, i like camping, sports and driving. I definitely need to work on this. Is it a case of picking something you like and faking it till you make it? Any hobbies you recommend?

Dont ask us, read the sidebar, read the books and form your own "foundational laws" Personally i think the most important one is prize mentality.

Why do you care if she initiates a "hang out"? You should be so busy with your own life that you don't even worry about this kinda shit Adding variety to the day you see her, how often you see her or where you see/fuck her is good for keeping her emotionally invested and interested in seeing you Nothing wrong with not contacting her and seeing if she will try and initiate but she still might not

Tough one bro. Firstly I would say FORGET ABOUT THIS HOE Don't beat yourself up thinking about how or where you might've fucked up. In my opinion, the more mental time you spend thinking about her and the encounter you had, the worse off you are and the more she wins I tried taking it to the back seat, she said no and that I’ve got to earn that and have to get to know her better I think you could've done a better job with this one. Something like "I've already earned it" or "you're name is X and…

I would say overall you handled it okay and should be able to plate her but there was a couple of things i noticed "I invited her to spend the rest of the night with me, which included a short 3 hour shift at my nightclub" She bought you coffee and desert and you invited her to spend the rest of the night with you??? Imho, this indicates an overinvestment on your behalf. If you're happy with this behavior, reward it but inviting her to work is making yourself too available. I think it would've b…

"have managed to be a good mix of alpha/beta in order to sustain the relationship." There is no such thing as a mix of alpha and beta, you either hold frame and lead the relationship or you get led. "She is a very caring and giving person - perhaps I found the unicorn? Not sure." Cmon bro, this is TRP basics. AWALT. There is no unicorn, this kind of statement comes from a scarcity mindset. It's likely you are too attached and don't see things for what they are. "I cannot get myself to fuck her h…
