Everyone downvoting missed my point. It’s actually not that hard to regulate your weight. All you need to do is cut out the carbs, and you can litterally eat all you like. Few people know this. Body goes into ketosis, and naturally burns fat as primary fuel over carbs. My point is that calorie counting seems to always fail for many people. And this is not by chance. Choosing the right foods and controlling weight is a lot easier when you know how. People who ‘calorie count’ fail often.

Counting calories does not really work for most people. Food is addictive and you need certain nutrients. Quality of food matters. High carb diets are often not self regulating and the growing rate of both obesity and diabetes is evidence of this. Self regulating all you can eat diet does exist though.
