Don’t do it, my wife left when she discovered what the equity was after 2.9 years. She left with $320k. I owned the home alone before marriage. Don’t do it.

3 years for me. She kept leaving me, 5 times. I warned next time and I’m filing. We live in OC she shipped my second car to Fla and left. Sad to see her go, but she’ll keep doing this. She only ejected because the home value rose. I’m 65m and she’s 60f.
