yep, that's what he said too. the guys he's talking about aren't those genuinely nice by themselves. he's talking about those who put on a mask of gentleness and sometimes are not even aware of it, and it's all due to a neediness and an ego strong enough to bring them to fully blame the other part (when the interaction fails)and think nothing is wrong with them
