I am aware of the prisoner's dilemma, I just don't know if she's a bitch and really didn't deserve any moneyz or if he's just a douche who didn't feel like splitting the money fairly and justified it by pretending to be a pariah that everyone mistreated for no reason. The way he puts it everyone thought bad of him. To me this means that they had a reason to think that he wasn't a good person. That's why I'm asking, I wanna know if it's really a PPD or a douche canoe trying to play the victim

As someone who not only hasn't watched the show and is therefore unfamiliar with those two, but doesn't have even the slightest idea what it is about, can someone ELI5 it to me?

This is bullshit. Rape can be verified incredibly easy and even though it's never pleasant or never at the best of times I dare say that women over the age of twenty-something should stop being treated like prepubescent children who are supposed to value their feelings over putting a predator behind bars and saving others from a horrible ordeal, especially when doing so means ruining the lives of falsely accused people.

That's quite great actually! Much more coherent and structured response than what I got when I asked the same question to the "other camp"

Since this is the most upvoted post could you try to be more specific? It's kinda like a feminist vaguely saying that they want "equality" when different people interpret the word in many different ways. I mean - just the few, (currently) most important concrete "things" you wish to be changed in the law/public conduct. I'm basically looking for the male equivalent of the first wave feminists saying "We want the right to vote", if that makes sense to you

No, thats exactly what you were doing, you are implying that if someone says its crazy for the government to force paternity tests, is the same as arguing that paternity test can not be done. OK. I'm sure you know much better than me what I wanted to say. You can do a paternity test right now, even in secret. You sure can. It's just that, in many places, it's illegal and it can send you to jail while you will still have to pay for the child as if it was yours. I guess that if I'm not fine with t…

That's a quite lenghty thing that I'm implying with such a simple question. Quite impressive if you ask me. Regardless. I simply answered what you asked. Raising a child costs tremendous amounts of money, doubly so if the father is the single bread provider (which he is quite often) and bears huge risks in the event of divorce. And while all of this is happening he has absoultely no idea whether he's justified or not. Do you know what part of all mothers in the US are lying to their partners abo…

But don't you understand that your average, adult woman is not emotionally mature enough for this traumatizing experience? Her feels just can't take it, so you must get bent and also change the law to make the feels more protected. What do you want them to do, put on a pair of big girl pants or something? Sexist pig

Because patriarchy again, that's the "beauty" of it. Female singers (solo or in a band) getting nearly butt-naked on stage or the video clips from their songs? Patriarchy! Never mind that it's music made from women, marketed towards women. Same thing with magazines and everything else for that matter. Women usually get their validation from how sexy their look and there's nothing wrong with that. It's a fact, it's not offensive, it's just a part of life. What is wrong is being strangely ashamed …

Doesn't matter - now people would be less inclined to hire such potentially problematic people. If she sues them she'd make it even harder for people like her to be hired.

So I responded with a comment about if women's rights/gender equality activists want to be equal than the she should treat men and women all the same. And THEN I said "As for rape, a man can never be raped because it only happens to women. All men give consent and are pigs/slobs who do the raping".... Wut? Are you the WRA?

Start keeping some sort of a diary. She might decide to sue you for rape or some shit and if you have a super ultra mega detailed diary with your activities by the hour (which should involve you being with other people who are potential witnesses) this will be harder. Also start some sort of video documentation of your interactions to show that your interactions don't show that you've violated her in the recent past. I think you're doing the right thing with not ditching her on the day of the ab…

Aspergers aside you're a retard - ditch the bitch bro. You don't deserve to be treated like this, no one deserves to be treated like this. If you were the one who did this to her you might have gone to jail and rightfully so but she wouldn't because reasons-we're-all-too-aware-of. She'll probably do it again and even if she doesn't you should ditch her - She. Isn't. Safe! Just one call to the cops is all she needs to turn your life into a living hell and if she can't control her emotions like a …

Because they're calls for her to be raped and murdered, by a whole lot of people. Not just a small minority expressing their dissatisfaction. So? C'mon man, I'm not being a douche, no one likes such things but they aren't harming anyone just being there and all. It's her choice, her video etc but this tactic is way too old and widely recognized as an attempt of silencing criticism. I certainly wouldn't care, same as the huge majority of people there. It's called being a grown-up. If your opinion…

What's hard about deleting them? And why should she care about it? I'm subbed to quite a few people who receive much Criticism from their opposition and they just don't care. What's so special about the negative comment's on her video?

She received a barrage of systematic, organised, abusive messages many of which were threatning, violent in nature. So? Are you new to youtube? Do you not know that you can message anyone who hasn't blocked you? She's JUST as "vulnerable" as before. Nothing's changed. The only difference is that people can't downvote her dumb shit Say I wanted to fuck with her - I can troll her account by PMing her from many sock accounts, I can flag the video for inappropriate content or some dumb shit to get i…

No one's cool with stupid comments like "Hur durr ima gon raep ur asshole!!1 my dadz a haxor for microsovt and you cannot sue me cuz im 13 beyotch piece!" but that's not a reason to remove comments from videos. You can delete individual comments, other people can downvote them or mark them as spam and you can block users who appear to be just trolls. In 99% of the cases the people who don't wish their videos to be rated or commented are expecting a huge amount of flak (and that's for a good reas…

Hey, hey! I'm not saying that she did come with the idea on her own, especially considering that it wasn't an isolated case. I'm merely stating that it isn't completely impossible that she did, seeing as I myself thought of it (and I'm pretty damn sure I would've remembered something like that if I did see it)

I don't really know, but I was certainly under the age of 7. And I most certainly did not see it anywhere. My sexual knowledge was limited to a children's encyclopaedia about the human body and that's it. If monkeys come up with the idea and if it's known in every culture at every point of time then it's not pretty difficult to imagine.

Man the fuck up OP! She's a stupid person. I know it's not a nice thing to say and I'm sure she'd sacrifice her life to save yours or whatever but that does not excuse her shitty behaviour. You're pretty much a grown man by now, just ignore her and stay away as much as possible. You won't change her mind. Just fuck this shit, wait 'till you're out of school and move out. My mom used to give me crap and my dad used to be abusive. Do you know why they "used" to be those things? Because I'm not liv…

She did NOT come up with this idea by herself. As someone who came up with the idea of putting my penis in a girl's mouth for pleasure some time before I ever went to school I don't think it's entirely impossible
