I had the same issue. It took my partner dragging me to a specific chair every time I was upset and told things like "this is your angry space, this is your cry space, this is where you have permission to break down." It took 18-24 months of constantly doing that but now I am able to go to that space mentally and process my emotions there. Good luck and God bless

It's made me realize what most women exp ct in a partner. Complete time availability for most women. just the accusation of a crime now makes the man guilty until proven innocent and we women are always seen as innocent until proven guilty. I've done some shit in my life and I know for a fact I wasn't looked at too deeply because it's typically a "man's crime". Parental rights women have them men have to beg her to let him have them.
