| 2 | CMV: it doesn't really matter whether the wall really exists or notI'm honestly curious here--sorry for the debate part of this sub. But if the advantages a 40 year old has are "stability" and "career" wouldn't that make you a beta bux? Isn't the 20 year old giving up a guy she finds hot for some old guy's money? | /r/PurplePillDebate | 09/12/16 12:03 AM |
| 3 | CMV: it doesn't really matter whether the wall really exists or notBut your competition is unfit older guys who want a young woman AND hot young guys who want someone their own age. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 08/12/16 10:15 PM |

| 1 | Can someone here please explain to me why exactly Roe v. Wade was good constitutional law?Yep. Goes to the 14th Amendment. The right to have an abortion falls under the right to privacy. Meaning that it is part of "liberty" that the state cannot infringe upon with "due process of law". Due Process here means that the government must have a compelling state interest to act (prevent abortion) and use the most narrowly tailored means possible to do so. The Court decided that (at least early in a pregnancy) that a state cannot pass this test. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 19/10/16 04:34 AM |
