1	Can someone here please explain to me why exactly Roe v. Wade was good constitutional law? Yep. Goes to the 14th Amendment. The right to have an abortion falls under the right to privacy. Meaning that it is part of "liberty" that the state cannot infringe upon with "due process of law". Due Process here means that the government must have a compelling state interest to act (prevent abortion) and use the most narrowly tailored means possible to do so.
