I seem to recall this case, I think it was called the steubenville case? Girl that was passed out was raped by two guys, then she was somehow blamed? Another case of a girl, 14 years old, raped while vomiting out a window, and tapped, and bullied with that tape when it's the disgusting rapists that should have been bullied in any sane world. I unfortunately live in the 21st century where rape seems to be okay...

I was ten. Think back to the last ten year old girl you met, they are not in any way equipped to deal with this crap. If she started attacking a fully grown man and he hit her back, what would you think? I would have at least got him arrested or got the bus driver to pay attention. He must have graduated to abusing in more disgusting ways later on. It was during rush hour and I was on the regular bus because I'd missed the school bus to school. It's more that I'm haunted by the fact that creeps …

The world never ceases to amaze. Though I would argue the nine year old needs therapy before punishment. The adult however is fully a paedophile.

Yeah, if someone rapped me, I'd just shot them myself instead of sending someone else after them. I don't care if I go to jail for life. Rapists deserve to be shot by the person they rape, and I for one am willing to go to jail to get justice.

Yeah, I get the impression the people here thing it's fair for weaker people to get beaten black and blue. Maybe that's what it's like in their world, but in my world, I would pick up the phone and call the police if someone tried to attack me.

I doubt anyone came to your help either. People would rather not get involved over doing the right thing.

People wear seat belts because we can't teach rubber to grip better, because we have inertia and dynamics to contend with. If we teach people not to beat each other up, including men and women, then we reduce the number of people that beat people.

Well, I can't afford to fight fair. If someone grabs at my body, I will bite and use my nail, not to mention crush his penis. So there's that.

Yes, she picked a fight from what we see. I do wonder why she did it. And makes me wonder why others in the room didn't stop her.

I think making women carry pepper spray because that's their only recourse is ridiculous. How about we teach people not to be abusive doucebags and not fondle or abuse people?

Well, someone did grope me on a bus when I was ten and nobody did come to my aid. I swore to myself I would never let that happen again, even if I am beaten to a pulp in the process...id rather die defending myself from big strong men. It's also why I never found strength attractive in men. I'd rather have a partner that physically matches me rather one that can kill me.

How about "don't assault someone?" Then again, what is my recourse as a woman if a man grabs my breasts or but on a bus? Does he have a right to is simply because he's stronger? If I slap a man for grabbing me, does he have the right to give me a black eye? This video makes me want to learn some krav maga...

Trickle down equality? Is this where the feminists pretend they help by "dismantling the patriarchy"? No, the idea is we don't let social norms make decisions, we let people decide. So if my husband wants to be a stay-at-home dad because he has more patience with the kids, he gets to do that without systemic ideology that would punish him. If he's a stay-at-home dad, he should get primary custody in a divorce and I should pay child support and alimony until the children are in school, that's jus…

So maybe I'm missing the point since my high school didn't have a football team and nobody at my university gave a damn about sports...but why would anyone want to have a one-night stand with a washed up university athlete that supposedly has a lot of one night stands? Isn't that the best way to get an STD? I guess this is an American mentality?

They're all considered rape under the letter of the law. Consent is void if given under false pretences (this includes prostitutes, even if it is illegal in your jurisdiction).

Maybe the women would have put up a fight and protected the toddlers? Seems mighty stupid to leave women untrained when the enemy is know to commit mass gang rapes.

Not training women in mandatory military service is how the Russian army managed to gang rape about two million German women and girls (some were toddlers, and many of these children died) at the end of ww2. If they'd had some military training, maybe they would have fought them off.

Men with cancer can do an Hpv dna test. Also, men that have sex with men can do an anal pap that can lead to a dna test if abnormal cells are found.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
