Totally. Actually all the really good climbers I know were distance cyclists, xc skiers, or runners in high school. They also like cats and like...birding and math. Nerds for sure.

Haven’t thought of that, if someone was really into digital art and coding maybe? Personally I’m not drawn to gaming or see that as an interesting hobby, but I’m sure there are some people who would be into that. Do you mean just playing video games of a certain variety? Would it require some kind of skill or knowledge? I feel like maybe I’d draw the line at a dude who just comes home and puts on a head set and plays video games for hours. But again, if someone was particularly good at something…

I think guys with slightly more “nerdy” hobbies are awesome. ...and I’m a long distance runner and rock climber. I think all hobbies can be cool if the person is truly interested and excited about it.

I care. Hobbies, passions...whatever. I think it’s a red flag if people don’t have anything that they love to do except sit around. Maybe some girls are cool with it but they are probably also people who don’t have interests or hobbies...

Oh no! Haha I didn’t take it as a jab, I just had an existential crisis realizing that I got a degree in math and this is what I’m deciding to do with my life lol...I should go to law school haha

Hahaha no I just didn’t really think about being low income since I just left a job waitressing where I felt I actually was low income. I still don’t make much, I was just kidding because I’ve felt like I’ve really made it in life by comparison. I am not offended at all lol, just roasting myself for getting a degree in math and choosing to be a teacher.

I mean, I think taking into account student loan debt and the profitability of your partner’s degree is pretty reasonable. This is something I definitely consider. Even if a guy makes more than me, if he has a lot if debt it could be a deal breaker.

That’s like saying anyone who denies ___ (anything that’s important to you) in a relationship is “cruel.” Which I think implies someone is intentionally making you suffer and I don’t think that’s the case. It’s just not where that person is at. Like, yeah it’s not nice or ideal but it’s up to the unhappy person to openly state their needs and find someone else who can meet them.

This is if you’re married and have kids. Obviously that’s not easy. Thought op was talking about girlfriends? I think it if it happens late into a marriage I’d just see someone on the side instead of an expensive divorce but to each their own

I mean, I don’t think it’s cruel. But yeah I think if you aren’t happy and don’t feel like someone is attracted to you I would just leave. A lot of women thinks that’s just how sex is (unfulfilling) no matter who it’s with, which is sad but yeah either speak up or find someone who isn’t interested in sex either. I think it’s totally fair to give someone the benefit of the doubt and just say, for me, sex is an important part of a relationship. I’m sorry you are feeling_____about it but I don’t th…

Hmmm I think sexless relationships are not particularly healthy. Some women as they age start to find sex uncomfortable or their hormones change-but the couple might really love each other and I know some people who have an open relationship where the man has a person on the side (like seeking arrangements). Otherwise yeah I kind of agree it’s awkward to not be physically attracted to someone you care about but it’s probably the right thing to break it off instead of lie that you’re still attrac…

I’m not against dating someone who’s been with more people than me, but I don’t want to be with someone who has been promiscuous to a level of having a negative reputation for how they treat women they date, or if they do it irresponsibly. I think this totally depends on the person an their personal situation. But even more, I’ve felt uncomfortable being with guys who have been with waaaay less people than me. Somewhere close to the same summer as me is more comfortable for me (idk why)

Honestly, I think some people might match on looks, but since they’re insufferable whiner incels, their attitude is more off putting than anything else...they think it’s their looks when really they just...aren’t interesting and are totally under developed humans. I’ve dated people less attractive than me because they were AWESOME. These people don’t get that it’s not that they can’t get good looking or “average” girls, it’s that no one wants to be around WHO THEY ARE. I think because they put s…
