I don't know which martial arts you mean (there are many from Karate to Judo). But if we're talking boxing or muay thai, you do get lit up hard, it's very hard sport on the body, not for everyone. That's why many guys rather go for something like lifting weights. It's a bit better if you rather not get hit too much. Personally I'd like to go for gymnastics or rugby. I do love the training for boxing/Muay thai though in terms of pure cardio, etc. I just am not a fan of the constant sparring. I ju…

I'm not a reference by any means, but I am physically fit and an athlete. And fit/athletic women do nothing for me, in fact they are a turn-off. I like lots of women that basically don't do any sports but still look sexy just by walking and going out. I think lots of it is frankly diet and how much they move. As long as they don't eat absolute crap and do nothing all day, many women can look great without being Athletic. Problem with many Athletic women is that they lose their curves as it's bas…

Well I remember when I wasn't an endurance athlete, and only lifted weights, that being shredded yet muscular is tough AF. The main reason is that: To gain muscle you need to bulk somewhat. Need those protein shakes and other big meals. You don't burn that many calories by lifting. You don't want to do much cardio because that actually kills gains (despite the stereotype its rather true). So it's a matter of really looking at your diet, but it requires tons of discipline. This is one of the reas…

If you're 1.9 m and 78 kg you must be pretty thin When I was in college, I did zero cardio and only lifted weights. I was 90kg and could even have gotten to 100. But then I entered workforce and started being more of an endurance athlete. This basically made me lose all the fat, quite a bit of muscle, and weight. I look like Brad Pitt in fight club basically now. People think it's a good look in that movie but I feel too skinny. I think women are much more attracted to guys with your physique be…

Interesting perspective. What's your weight & height? And considering your name, are you German in Germany? I'm 1.9m and only 78kg due to being runner. I basically look like classic track athlete. Kind of lean/skinny.

#1 is basically your average teen, skater boy, etc. #2 is much harder to attain and requires working out hard but also watching diet hard. The Jeff Seid body. And most of those guys are on some sort of gear tbh. Also very attractive I think are swimmers. But I think those that look really good are on some gear too.

Not true dude. I have abs but there are proven other things women love. Like jacked shoulders and biceps. Every twink runner has abs but it doesnt mean shit I think.

It's precisely because you went in without sexual/weird intentions that the girl felt comfortable to talk to you in this way. It's that simple.

Also generally in some parts of Europe (that come from relaxed area without too much harrassment/crime) will be very open/kind, but that doesn't mean she's interested whatsoever. People from countries like America where girls take a big distance with guys, immediately go crazy and interpret as sexual behavior when a girl is simply kind with them, because they're used to the cold girls in the streets. Don't misinterpret everything as an invitation to date.

Depends. I used to train Muay Thai and it's not for everyone. You get lit up all the time, and it impacts your physical health (even just the rough training does). Also body wise, you just get very lean, like extreme cardio. You don't get jacked. So mixed feelings on this.

See my thread: https://www.reddit.com/r/seduction/comments/uq73ep/for_athletes_cardiosports_or_strength_training/ Looks wise, do you think the cardio body is more attractive to women or the muscular lifter body? I know looks aren't everything. But purely based on looks, which is better?

Thing is that women have much more leeway than men on this.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
