Don't be that guy who homewrecks a relationship. Been there done that it was a mess, dont do it. Unless they're into it and you are too, then have fun you sick bastards lol. All seriousness, the comments mentioned here outlined good advice. You could be honest up front and find out her intentions, ask to meet her friend, or just ride the wave and jump before shit crashes and burns

It was a big mistake to not hang out right away. And you went 2+ months without hanging out? Like something is up there sure he might be busy but 2 months? At minimum you shoukd try to meet up in like a week. I don't blame you for going back to a dating app at all. Intentions should be made right off the bat I mean it's a dating app...where people meet. For dating. Take it as a learning experience and move on, you're 21 there are a ton of guys out there who you could vibe with.
