I swear this whole “spectrum” thing is just a new term for male used by an emasculated society to create a pathology out of maleness. Or how every person who exhibits shitty behavior is somehow a diagnosed narcissist.

So I've been in a situation like this when I barely even knew what a shit test was and was coming out of a LTR with her totally blue pilled. Embarrassed to admit I've even cried in front of this girl on some occasions. I guess I felt lucky to still be able to hang out with her even if we were broken up. Yeah I was a loser then. I should have totally caved and humiliated myself when she went over to this dude's table but in the moment I only remembered the first and foremost lesson of not being r…

Some narcissistic girls really hate to be called out on their games. There's just no winning way about it other than to not play. The second message was fine until the "respect my personal space" follow up, lol. Yikes! You live, you learn.

Mack was also that cringe term we used say in the 90s. Like, you see a pretty girl, you try to "mack" on her to see if you can you hook up saying dumb shit like, "damn girl, you look so fine let me get your number." That was painful to type out but that's how I really remember those times.

Being the ex I'm flattered she misses me and wants to reconnect after all these years (even after telling me to never message her again). I just wouldn't be able to get around the fact she's messed around with 120 dudes or however many that figure actually is (more than 5 in less than a year, and this was 10 years ago). I'm afraid to have a conversation and some of these negative thoughts will just come out.

What's in it for you if you don't take her back? The knowledge that some girl is pining for you and could be regretting dumping you until the end of her days. Every time another guy disappoints her, she'll be thinking how you were better. You can assume this without keeping in touch with her. This feeling 100x over "what we could have been" hooking up again. And that feeling stays without you having to do a god damn thing.
/r/TheRedPill12/01/22 09:53 PM
3

If you're thinking of taking her back, consider that it's very possible she dumped you so she can enjoy a variety of dick without worrying she'll get caught. In that she's no different than a cheater. Even if you did formally break up, it's just a technicality. In all this time I've blamed myself when initiating the break-up and brought it all upon myself (even got ripped in past posts for it in other subs). I'm paraphrasing here but I got a lot of great advice from a book I read a decade ago, "the moment you start doing 'boyfriend' stuff is the moment the FWB relationship status is over." She'll no longer see you as the 'hook up'.

Part of Allison's reply to Kate (which triggered her needless to say) has restored some faith in me. I’ve been burned so badly by our culture that teaches that casual sex is fine and all that matters is consent. You don’t speak for all women (just like I don’t either). Personally, I wish someone had sat me down at 14 and told me how sacred sex is, and how much I’d be hurt by having sex with men who had given me no real commitment (and marriage is the only real, lasting commitment).

Even if the sexual chemistry is good in the beginning (honeymoon phase if you will), attraction could go away at any given moment after. Attraction doesn't give a fuck what your relationship status is.

I'd give very good odds the moment she encounters an opportunity at a hawter guy, she's going to either pick a fight with her man or "get drunk and make a mistake" during a girl's night out, (or both) or otherwise create an excuse to cheat on him. This made me laugh and cry a little.

The absolute perfect TV for the PS2 era was this older plasma 42" TV I used to own which had EDTV resolution (852 × 480). Even some PS2 games had progressive scan support (or it was holding two buttons down on the controller when you started up the console I don't remember). I've used the CRTs and then the flat panels in that era but that EDTV was the pinnacle of gaming screens that I've encountered. Outside of that, manipulative women lie about an "abusive" ex. It's coded language for white knights. They know that when a man hears, "ex was abusive" he'll white knight to prove to her he's a good guy so his motivation is to overlook her ugliness, failures, and red flags and focus on being "a good man" and pleasing her to not be "abusive". I messaged her back and things kinda/sorta rekindled from there. It was a blessing at that moment in time I had just enough exposure with TRP to handle/react intelligently in certain situations and to see this person for who she really is. Without it I cannot imagine the pain and emotional scars she would have left on my conscious.

I took the bait once (more than a year later after the breakup). While nothing seriously bad came about it, in retrospect, it was mostly worthless. If I could go back in time, I would ignore that rekindling attempt entirely and just move on.

Back during my blue pill days it always struck me as odd that my ex INSISTED to me that she slept with only 4 dudes almost to the point of tears. It was as if she was trying to convince herself that. This was at a time when she "needed a break from the relationship" and you all know how that goes. I'm making the assumption here or maybe I misheard that it was 4 dudes total in her lifetime. Now that I look back, for all I know it could have been "4" dudes during our break or even in one night! I …

It's interesting when you think about things in retrospect after having acquired some rp knowledge, you start making these little connections. For example, this phrase completely flew over my head at the time: "I hope you don't hate me" shortly after her saying she wanted "a break" in the relationship. Maybe I was just naive as fuck to think she would NEVER go that far.

An important thing to take note (depending on the dynamics) is that if she perceives your friend(s) as higher value than yourself, you're unwittingly putting yourself in a very vulnerable position (e.g. she potentially could end up fucking your friend(s) sometime down the road if your relationship runs into issues).

Coming from an LTR some years ago (before the social media era), sex is generally bad and going to stay bad until you simply get it right. This requires 2 simple things: 1. Both parties are continuously 'into' each other enough naturally and 2, practice.... lots and lots of it! I'm not saying it's a chore but after some months and maybe a few years you'll both establish a rhythm that works out better and better for both and all is well from then on.

When she decided to start going out on her own, guys were suddenly part of our inner circle which was never the case for years. She would of course end up sleeping with a few (that I know of). I didn't know why at the time that I decided to drop her, but it was the best (in retrospect) and most difficult thing I've ever done.

I notice this shit lately and it kinda ticks me off when I get this kind of attention because I know it's an attention grabber. Lately this girl at work will tell me she loves me randomly throughout the week and I usually don't say a thing 9 times out of 10 (my last response was "I know"). I want to say something really over the top but don't want to risk getting fired over it. Just getting offmychest.

Except when you're in a long term relationship, that gets addicting AF!! After the break-up, it took me a couple of years but it's liberating to be finally be broken of that spell. Perhaps I am getting up there in years so maybe my libido isn't what it used to be. I'd rather feel this way anyways.

The single biggest example is whether you want to buy a home. Having good credit means you pay a lesser interest rate on a mortgage over bad ones that charge a percentage higher. Depending on the term and the price, even a small percentage difference can literally be thousands and thousands of dollars apart. Side note, this example is part of why my last relationship ended. She wanted to get married and had essentially no credit (which is very bad) and I have stellar credit. Because of how mortg…

Not a good story but the first time I did was hard to forget. At the time I've never had a girlfriend, much less think about doing those kinds of things with a girl. A random girl approached me and told me her friend wanted to have sex with me (that was at a fair distance away) and asked to write down my phone number for her. I was so shocked and froze for a few good seconds until I decided to write down a number anyways. She wasn't that attractive which may or may not have influenced why I gave…

To share a story, something was said to me last week that actually caught me off guard a bit. A long time female coworker said she'd marry me as long as I took care of the house while she worked. I replied "so... you'd be my sugarmama?" and she basically agreed. I know it's all a joke of course but that really got me thinking about it all week. I do know better that the reality of it would play out completely different of course, whether she has good intentions or not.

Pulled this comment from Youtube but it's very relevant. Patrice wasn't around to see he was right yet again. That husband Dr Z claimed she "loved" so much and it didn't matter that she made more money than him? She divorced him, admitting she only married him to get a green card.

The nerdy/geek outcast girls are the worst, most slutty, most depraved women you will ever encounter. Women can't handle rejection, so after a couple years of not finding a normal boyfriend in school, they join the outcast crowd and fuck every single one of them. My high school years were a complete lie. While I never saw the signs back then (this is 90s, pre-internet/social media era), this just puts so many things into perspective that I never quite grasped or understood for many years. I'm ju…

I almost made that same mistake of giving in (kids, marriage, and moving away) and her pressuring me with ultimatums and playing on my jealousy (seeing other dudes). It took a couple of years to finally see that she (the "one") was just not worth it.

Was in a LTR for some years and very RARELY did we ever sleep together. I was guaranteed no sleep even with sex (and sleep pills and alcohol) involved. Kinda miss those times but I do enjoy not dealing with unnecessary drama. Don't think I ever would want to compromise my being and become blue pill ever again on that note.

I don't think I've ever seen this pointed out but if you're married and decide to get a mortgage on a house, your mortgage rate will be based on whoever has the worse credit score. This makes a world of difference from someone with decent credit opposed to someone with no credit.
