| 12 | 30 yearsSame. Almost exactly. I don't know anyone in real life that is going through divorce after 30 years. I honestly thought I was the only one. I'm only a couple months into this transition and run the whole range of emotions almost daily. Gym is huge for me also. Alcohol is an issue tho. It's the only way to calm my mind so I can sleep.
