I don't think it's fickle. Everyone is looking for someone who they vibe with best and it takes time. Nobody really has time to be played and the amount of emotional damage happening due to shitty communication from dates is getting out of control. On one hand I get using sexual compatibility as a way to decide if commitment is on the table, but it can't be the end all be all. In reality after sex fades you gotta be able to tolerate each other.

Fair enough. Guess my age and experiences make it where I'm blunt and to the point. Good luck with dating and I hope you find a good match along the way.

I'm saying that if they state they only want casual sex, but secretly harbor the hope to have a relationship then it's disingenuous from the start. I wouldn't trust a person like that. If they say casual or a committed relationship up front then that's honest and fair. Again clearly stated intentions.

Then those women aren't being honest with their intentions. This shit goes both ways. Some may think they want want casual and then heaven forbid feelings develop but it wasn't planned. That's not the same thing. It just boils down to people being honest with themselves first and not being assholes to others second. Dating in this day and age is a son of a bitch.

If a woman is also looking for a casual thing and it's in your profile then problem solved. Every body is making this more complicated than it needs to be. Straightforward communication keeps the chances of feelings getting hurt to a bare minimum. You're right that if you wait more than even one date to state your intentions of casual sex it's a dick move, but I don't understand why saying that while just exploring the option of meeting face to face the first time is a problem.

I don't understand why people make this so complicated. Be clear up front that you want a casual non committed situation and if she feels the same great. If not then you move on. And blue balls is a shit complaint and you know it. Never ever tell a woman that in hopes to coerce her into a sexual act.

First tip - learn how to spell and not write in text speak.

After being treated like an object and not a person in my former marriage, trusting a man enough to even think about sex after a few dates will be slim. If he can't respect that then he can move along. Maybe it's my age, but I can't let go during sex if there's nothing more than a physical attraction. There has to be something more we can offer each other.

I was a fucking young idiot who ignored raging red flags and I paid dearly for it. Be careful of what you say.

If an attractive man can't carry an intelligent conversation or is too self involved he can't seduce me. I'm not interested in school boy charm alone. Been there, married that; never again.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
