0	“You can’t be sexist towards men in a mans world” These definitions originated in legal and academic circles and weren't really meant for pithy 140 character twitter fights. Having a power analysis is good. The idea of racism or sexism requiring a position of power is a useful tool for understand systemic issues. A guy who hate black people but has no system power over them is in a fundamentally different situation than a landlord with black tenants (or who refuses to rent to black people). Or an employer.
