College Runner Here, Ive been training extensively in long distance running and continue to lift with it as well. If you have the time its a beautiful combination. Great stuff man! I believe modern day psychology forgets that we are still trapped and in cohesion with these systems. Its our duty as men to reduce emotional trauma by doing things like physical activity and anxiety reducing habits so we can use spare energy on focusing on critical thinking "neocortex activation". Personal Habits I.E Lifting,Running,Sauna,Clean Food,Spending time outdoors, and cooking tbh.
