Trickery could lead to non-consensual sex, and non-consensual sex is rape. In Israel law stipulates (my translation) that intercourse with a woman is rape if there wasn't free consent or with the consent of the woman, which was obtained fraudulently with regard to the identity of the person doing the act or the essence of the act.
