I realized this around a month ago, currently I'm trying to improve it. If anyone needs practical advice based on experience i'm going through: Make plan and daily goals on how you are going to improve on this. My plan (in-order): In morning : brush, go for morning walk, abs workout (5 min only), clean room, laundry if necessary, shower, basic skin care, grooming, nails. Thank you everyone. After years of inaction, i have decided to do something. Just called my friend, and directed him to punch me as hard as he can on my stomach if i dont do approach. Fuck it, its either approaching girl or getting punched. And he is very very happy to punch me hard as hell.

I can easily talk to random people and even ask dumb question just for sake of it. But when it comes to girls. I freeze up and my mind is like super computer at finding reasoning. And end up not doing even single approach.

I try to approach. At home, i am like fuck yeah i am alpha. I will easily do it. But then i find way to not go out. Like i have to study, corona virus is everywhere. Once i go out i dont approach with various reasoning like i dont have good clothes/hairstyle. I have to get more fit and she might have bf. Fucking sick and tired.
