I agree with most of what you say here. Being RP is about empowering yourself first, getting your life in check, being healthy, fit, and mentally stable, before you get mixed up in relationships with women (short term or long term). Until you have everything together, you will probably make mistakes you will look back on and go "Dear god, what was I thinking?" And you can't just work on one thing and consider yourself alpha, either. You can look great but still be insecure about yourself and hav…

Try drinking sparkling water. It has an extra kick to it. I can't stand tap water except to hydrate myself during/after a workout. I used to drink coke every day, but now I can't stand the taste. It took about 2 months for me to stop craving it, so I know where you're at. Good luck, man.

If you are dominant and confident in everyday life, you will find those women who are attracted to those traits (i.e., non-femenist, or submissive women). They exist.

So many people make this mistake... that's why those articles are so popular that boast "The secret to weight loss!" or "Doctors HATE this one muscle-building trick!" They hate it because it doesn't exist. I see this on r/running all the time (actually, it's a running -forgive the pun- joke there): "I'm doing a 5k in 1 week and I haven't trained yet, how can I get in shape fast?" Sorry, there is no way to get in shape fast. There is no way to be good at anything fast. I am a great beginner in a …

When a women can accept a man's dominance, they can both live in harmony, leading to a healthy, happy LTR or marriage, and that's what my goal is.

This is obviously symbolic of the helplessness women feel around men. I don't necessarily think it is about them being paranoid they'll be raped- actually, it seems to show that women in a femenist world are relearning that they are not the ones in control. I don't think most women fear being raped. The fear is deeper than that. They fear being submissive. There IS a problem that some men will make them submit through cruelty. These men are desperate betas. It is our duty to show women that bein…

The fact that this girl even asked such a question is a sign of immaturity and insecurity. What I wonder is, how did this attitude go unchecked for so long (2 years)? P.S. the proper response to that question is to simply end the relationship and find a girl who will reflect well on you.

Women obviously think differently from men, but this can be good or bad depending on the situation. I love to see my gf's face light up about something she enjoys, and I love the passion she puts into her projects. However, I would not expect her to, for example, handle a complaint at a restaurant or about some other service. In the beginning of our relationship, I would let her rant to me about such problems, and it would sometimes escalate into her calling someone, ending up in a shouting matc…

Here's what worked for me- instead of the fitness goal of being "aesthetically appealing", which is different for different people, why not make your goal "functionally powerful"? I don't think lifting is the most important exercise for getting the best body. Lifting should be a supplement to high-impact sports (for me, it's kickboxing), which define your muscles for a functional purpose. In sum- work out to feel good and improve your strength and stamina, and looking good will follow.

Did nobody see this coming when a female reporter was hired to cover this story? Women have a desire to protect their own at all costs, damn the rest of us. How this woman can keep her job after this is beyond me. Rape is a real problem, but women, who cannot keep their shit together in a professional setting, should not be allowed to report on such things. It is not only incredibly damaging to innocent men, but to women who have actually been raped and need protection.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
