Its not worth it to pay hundreds of dollars for a shirt if your goal is to meet women. And chasing trends isn't a good idea either. If you're in a room full of guys in suits, 90% of them will be wearing ill fitting suits, badly matching shirts/ties, bad shoes, etc. Women notice all this stuff. Sit at a table full of women at a wedding and hear how they make fun of everyone's outfits. | 1 | Recommendation for New AFC'sI post a lot in MFA, so maybe I can offer some clarification. I think ultimately dressing well is better in the long run. I think keeping up on current fashion and everything shows immense social intelligence and is very helpful in pickup. Gimmicky stuff might get you a comment upfront, but could lower your social value. I used to experiment with "peacocking" and while I would get comments, its been more beneficial for me in the long run to just focus on dressing fashionable.
