I'm white but I am 5 foot 10 and 140 lbs. I'm 20 years old and what I've been learning over the last few months is that different girls have different tastes. Most girls do want a more muscular man but when a girl is into skinny guys you will have the upper hand. I also used to have trouble talking to women. What surprisingly worked for me was getting tinder. Just getting matches gave me the confidence I needed to be more social in the real world.

I asked the same question when I heard about this but once you try it you realize that u can always find something. It can be as simple as wearing too much make up or not liking what she's wearing. Anything to make u not be over enthusiastic about the girl you are approaching

Before approaching a girl, try to find 3 things about her that turn you off. Even if she's the hottest girl on the planet, you should be able to find at least 1 if try hard enough. If you keep thinking about it, you will feel like you are "better" than her and will have more confidence

I'm not too sure about this one, but the few times that women have approached me first at a club/bar are times when I never noticed the girl before. Never made eye contact with her or anything like that prior to her approach. I guess not giving the girl the attention that she usually gets gives her the impression that you are a challenge, meaning that her sleeping with you is a win

I have single friends who would tell a guy that they r taken and sometimes even pretend that I'm the boyfriend just to get rid of a guy. It's an excuse women make when they are not interested. If she didn't mention her "boyfriend" to you, chances are you got better game than your friend. Keep it up!

If you're not doing a cold approach and you've known the girl for some time, check out how she talks to other men. If you notice that she's much more engaged when talking to you, your in

The more defensive boyfriends are the ones who end up getting cheated on

If you're attracting a lot of fat girls, it's probably because you're skinny. I have the same problem

Once he gains the confidence he needs your goal is to open his path. For example if you see two girls at a party you gotta distract the friend while he goes after his target

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
