You are right. But like I said, I don't need to do anything to make the other feel better. If we can speak, ok. If not, it's just life.

I am no longer responsible for the other person. You say no one is carrying negative baggage after that. That is no longer my concern. I need to heal myself, to make myself happy again. That is hard enough ,without even considering the other party. The other party must do their own work in the aftermath of the relationship. Breakups are never easy. It is not my concern or responsibility to make it easy for the other person. After the breakup, I need " frame" to continue working on my businesses …

"beautifull endings ". How many of you had that? Really now. What are we talking about here? This is fantasy. Real life is far from this. Still, it was a nice fairytale.

" I was watching a video starring Rollo earlier today where he argued that the peak SMV of a woman is around 22-23. Whereas the peak SMV of a man is around 37-38." ONLY if the man worked on himself and became high status. Rollo is talking about the guys that put in the work. Not the vast majority.

I was in the exact same boat as you a year ago. I know what you are going through. But trust me, you deserve better. You will find better. With time, all this will be a distant memory. And there is nothing you could have done differently so that she could stay. Sometimes she wants out and you can do nothing about it. You duty, your responsability, is to keep your self respect and self worth and walk away like a man. You owe this to yourself and you must do it. Be proud that you took the hard roa…

I know it hurts now, trust me, but the future didn't sound good with her. She comes from a broken family and that has consequences. And if she quit on you that easy, do you really want this person back?

Neck? First? Really? Legs, anywhere? An aestethic phisique is like that because it is well developed in all areas. If you do a survey among women, some will say the delts are the best muscles, some will say arms, some chest. So I really don't get your point. The most solid advice regarding the gym is stick to your program , do all your sets the best you can and eat and rest well. The rest is just consistency and persistence.

Guys usually get involved hard in relationships. It is our "thing" to love unconditionally. That's why i said what i said above. The relationships with easy breakups are very rare.

Usually ,there are too many downsides of having sex with an ex. Self respect, bringing back past emotions, the possibility of reattachment ,etc. If a man has options, there is absolutely no reason to risk it. I understand the "fun" side, but it's generally bad advice. I can assure you many of the people here are not over their exes 100%.

Because it is more important to heal than to have sex with her,at a later stage. Your sanity and well being is much much more important that some p***y.

Like I said, the problem with the red pill it is that is has some extremes to it. Yes ,it can be harmful, like any other ideology taken to extreme. Please stop with the mass suicides and killing spree because of red pill. People killed themselves because of Instagram bullying and other extreme stuff. The red pill isn't the devil you describe it. I am not okay with these things, but the world is a mean place. Some get through, some don't. It has some influencers who have that extreme side to them…

Red pill philosophy is extremely dangerous Don't hope for me. I can assure you i can take care of myself. What are you talking about? " Red pill philosophy is extremely dangerous ". Dude, this is like a very low percent of people who are comiting suicide and RP si a movement designed to get men to express anger, hatred? really? if you take a closer look at my comment, you can see that i debate good things and bad things. i am not "red pill indoctrinated". Like every thing in this live, you shoul…

I don't have social media. None. I saw Andrew Tate on some of my friends . I don't hear it "over and over again" . I am 36 years old. I have some life experience to think for myself. I don't have a "negative " belief towards women . I just think the morality on humans is decreasing year after year, that including women. That's all.

Red pill never teaches that in any situation you will be desirable in your 30's and 40's. Red pill is first and foremost about self improvement. Second of all, it's about human nature. Not women hate and being hateful and biter all the time. Indeed ,it seems to go a bit on the extreme side these days. But like you said, most of us are grown men. It's not that we are easily influenced. We see truth in it. It's not like Andrew Tate or someone else says something and we are : " this is the the trut…

That is another discussion. The op is referring to the dating phase.

What "statistics" gave you that? The dating pool for women is much much larger. Men cling to their relationships till the bitter end. Women don't. Maybe the man initiates the breakup ,but alot of the times the woman backs him in the corner and doesn't give him any other option, because she wants out ,she doesn't want to be responsabile and is afraid of taking the big decisions.

Yes, it is true what the guy says. Simple as that. I have alot of female friends, average looking, but pretty girls. Their inbox is bombarded EVERY day from guys. Good looking guys, but still they expect better and better and better. Once in a while ,they settle, like get into a relationship. But most of the time, they won't love you like you want it and they keep their doors open for the above average guys. And yes, it is true also that in these days, women leave when hard times come. Why would th…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
