19	Can't believe I had this conversation. I found her post justified. If you read it carefully, she says that he walked next to her silently for a few minutes before overtaking. That's what was creepy, not the fact that he was a man. I enjoy a lot of the fresh ideas in this subreddit, but I don't find every little sexist remark offensive, and I don't think the tactic seemingly employed by the OP of feigning offense is particularly convincing. 2	As my confidence has grown, some things I've noticed. Can't stress enough how important it is to be YOU TL;DR: You're stuck in an emotional feedback loop. Stop it. Being happy in life and being "real" with yourself can often be at odds. Often, when you're looking yourself in the mirror, you're trying to see what others see, so you're looking for positives as well as negatives. Most people who are sizing themselves up don't feel that they are doing a responsible job unless they can discover all their negative traits before others do.
