The “I’m too rich” comment is incredible because this woman is a famous YouTuber who likely makes significantly more than this man does.

Yet, if they decide they want to live with a gf they will likely move in to her place to sponge off of all of the nice furniture and household items she has purchased over the years. A friend of mine dated and eventually lived with a man like this and he would brag he had more money in savings than she did. Fool was 34 and only had two bean bags to sit on in his living room, no tables and a plywood headboard from Walmart. Moved into her place full of nice furniture and started complaining her st…

A few years ago, I was on a date with a guy and I ended up paying the whole bill. When the waitress came back, she put the credit card holder in front of him, not me, so I reached across the table to grab it since my card was inside and I needed to sign the slip. My date freaked out and lectured me because I didn’t wait for the waitress to leave before grabbing the card holder. He said he didn’t want her to realize I was the one paying (even though if she had paid attention, she would have seen …

I have found multiple married male coworkers on dating apps over the years.

Exactly. Out of all of these guys complaining about paying for dates, I’d like to know exactly how many of them actually have even paid for the woman’s meal in the last five years. Most of them are snarking on something that rarely happens and they don’t even do.

Back in my younger years, I had a male coworker talk about this, referencing “all of the free meals” I get on dates. Ummm...what free meals? Men offer to pay for absolutely nothing. The expectation was for me to pay for my own for well over a decade now. I once made about half of what the guy I was dating made and said I couldn’t afford to go out to eat as much, and instead of offering to pay, he said, “I didn’t agree to date someone to sit at home, you’ll either need to find a way to afford it,…

I think it’s spread pretty far, somehow. I’m in my late 30’s and a little over a year ago, I went on a date with a guy who was 43 who I feel pretty confident has never heard of the pick up artist manual. After only one date, he texts me and says I should take a day off work, come over to his house and hang out alone with him, and spend the entire day getting day drunk, but he guessed that I “wasn’t fun enough for something like that.” Sir, you are right. I’m not nearly “fun enough” to accept you…

If I were her, I would literally make it a point to tell him everything he could improve on his body, day after day, with no end in sight, until I made my exit plan.

Of course I’m high maintenance. I’m the one maintaining it!

You are completely allowed to care about height. Men care about all kinds of superficial shit when looking for a partner: breast size, butt size, weight, hair length, etc. You can assign standards to the physical aspect of what you are looking for in a man, and you don’t owe anyone an explanation for it. If you said you were over the arbitrary weight limit a man like this likely has in his head for a match, he would unmatch you in a heartbeat. Have standards and don’t feel bad about them!

Yes, a woman accepting you paying twenty freaking dollars for her dinner totally makes her a gold digger. Next thing you know, she’ll try to get added into your will and take half of the $200 in your savings account and one of your PS2 controllers. Better just stay home in your mom’s basement where you can safely guard your last $10 and whine about this woman who is clearly after you for your money, all the while wondering why you are single. /s

I would say “any chance you have a spare chair you can bring for me?” If not and you don’t want to buy one, just say “ok, no problem. I think I will have to count myself out since I don’t have a chair. Have a nice time!”

Oh yes. I’ve had this exact same mindset for about 4 months now. I’m much happier with the decision to be single than I ever was with searching for a partner.

Exactly. If they are truly there to work out and for no other purpose, what difference does it make? It stops women from being leered at and possibly put in a dangerous situation. This would even benefit men who are just there to exercise because it would mean fewer people at the gym overall, and the machines would free up faster. It’s literally a win for everyone and they still had to verbally abuse her over it.

Someone, please walk this woman to a mirror and remind her she is beautiful, only 24, has a Master’s Degree and her whole life ahead of her. She does not need to be wasting time with this asshole who has already shown he’s willing to stray. She is in the perfect position to tolerate absolutely zero bullshit. We all are.

Yes, this. I’m very minimalist, so I tend to prefer being gifted experiences (tickets to a show, a super nice dinner with drinks out, etc) rather than an item because if I don’t like the item the desire to declutter it will be strong, which I can’t do because it would hurt the person. I also tend to gift experiences back because it keeps it fun for both of us since it’s something we can do together.

Coming up with this video idea: Let’s send out a super unattractive guy who’s only 5’6” wearing a $3 Hanes tank top and a beret to tell a bunch of beautiful women they are ugly.

This guy, as an ADULT, got himself a cheap bed to sleep in and he thought it was such a big deal he had to make a post about it. Imagine fulfilling one of your own basic needs....giving yourself a place to sleep...and then wanting strangers to praise you for it.

It’s fake. He’s lying to get other losers to look up to him. Also, with all these women working at the same place or being related, just how small is this town he lives in where he is having all these imaginary liaisons?

Exactly. “ Buy me a bottle of wine that I can drink while I sit in your house!” What a no mannered asshole. My guess would be she likely even asked him what kind and let him dictate what she bought since women tend to be accommodating and good hosts most of the time.

You’re boring me.....want to go and buy a nice bottle of wine and spend hours cleaning your place and take time and effort to get ready so I can try to fuck you, even though I’ve decided I’m already not interested?

I don’t know about this one. I was with a guy for a year who always opens my car door for me. He was also a pathological liar, a cheater, and extremely verbally abusive. It’s great if it’s an add on to other great qualities, but I don’t think it’s an indication of a HVM on its own.
