started committing myself to weight training on 4/21 of this year. I've barely earned the right to stand at the starting line. But I must know what its like to get stronger. I feel a pinpoint focus when I touch that metal, feel the grooves sink their teeth into my palms. Fighting the weight and exerting...simply moving. An object in motion stays in motion. 2 and a half months in and Im doing things I thought id never be able to. Im going to bed looking forward to tommorow. A sword, thin and dull…

concentrating on the past lead to my depression, looking too far forward gave me anxiety...I really had to focus on staying in the moment for whatever I was doing. I daydreamed a lot as well. Not to say that I am no longer afflicted, but with some of the tools mentioned in this post a depressed individual will certainly see positive results...as I have

I like # 26 - Deny them targets: The Void This seems related to keeping your frame, having the inner confidence and strong foundation that keeps you "impenetrable" to shit-tests. Women seem to love mysteriousness, because what they don't know for certain could be ANYTHING...its exciting!
