2	$400 an hour yeah, I put forward a global settlement offer with 50-50 split and agreeing to child and spousal support as per what my attorney mentioned based on calculator. Should see whether she accepts it. I think in my case, she thinks that I hide some assets and probably preparing to request for a trial. I did some money transfers here and there but mostly for expenses and some of her gifts purchase. If different, any other factors effect that ? For me, ex asked for retroactive temp support with date more than a year back (date of filing divorce). Is that common or even for temporary should it be from date of specific request ? 1	$400 an hour It means Request for Order. that is ridiculous.. so, if she keep getting temp alimony as long as case stays, what is the incentive for ex to get divorce ? If she don't want to marry again, she keeps dragging the case. My ex did request for temp alimony. But she works in Texas and makes about 89k. Maybe I should oppose it and strongly fight for it. My doubt is, is temp alimony in addition to regular half marriage length ? for ex: assume your marriage is 6 years. so do you need to pay alimony for 3 years or is it for 5 years (3 + 2 temp ) ? Re: Lawyer fee... in my case opponent lawyer filed an RFO for 36k fee for the trial they partially won.
