In my experience even a bad wingman can be better than no wingman, especially for sets larger than 2. Having another guy there to riff off is huge, and its undeniable that having someone there makes you seem less creepy than going alone. As long as the other guy is willing to talk to anyone and isn't aggressively creepy I get way better results than by going out alone.

Napoleon is an obvious one. He was a man completely out of time, more like a Roman Emperor than a 19th century French general. Reading his biography its clear he was kind of a beta when it came to women but a Giga Chad when it came to politics, military, and life. Importantly he never really let his beta-ness with women compromise the rest of his life. He fell in love and had affairs but was not a pussy-hound who let it run his life like others leaders.

I just bought the book but can you drop some knowledge on what advice he had?

It's very normal to have expansionary and contractionary periods. TRP is very good at cultivating the former, and not so much the latter. In other words, its normal to get motivated and go from zero to 100 by hitting the gym, meeting women, crushing it at work, etc. You get positive feedback by trying new things, and you keep adding new things, and as long as they are positive, you get bigger total benefits. You realize that your life and your habits are malleable, and then you try to change as …

You mentioned weed and stims but what effect does alcohol have on ADHD and how should people handle it? I've had mixed feelings about it, usually 1-2 drinks help me loosen up, but any more than that and I actually get more anxious and neurotic than before. I'm working on drinking way less or just stopping altogether but was wondering what other people felt.

I always get hung up on the fact that you are asking someone for the time in 2018 when everyone already has the time on their phone...

After college I don't see many big four sports guys actively playing the sport they used to play, they usually just hit the gym a lot or take up crossfit. MMA / BJJ is a good activity that you can do every single day and meet an actual community of people.

I've tried that but I think I need the structure around it to actually get good at it. I've had some one-off success but it never feels like I am actually learning anything or improving, it feels more like dumb luck.

I can't even imagine the kind of sniveling beta I would be if I didn't move from my hometown. I love my parents and had a great childhood but I knew I didn't want to live at home any longer than I needed to. Moving to a big city is one of the best things you can do for yourself on almost every metric (career, fitness, networking, romantic relationships, etc)

I don't doubt that at all - I'm saying they are hard(er) to keep given the amount of shit tests you'll get from her male and female friends.

Most indians who lust after white girls don't have the frame to hold on to them even if they got them.

Missing both East-asian and Indian in your "race" ranking, which would most likely be 5th and 6th respectively. Chinese people only get victim points if referring to stuff from 50+ years ago (i.e. Chinese Exclusion Act) but the left generally avoids talking about them because they contradict all their regular talking points about "white supremacy" Filipino and other "dark skinned" Asians get some points but its never sustained or long term. The only victim points Indians get is if they happen to…
