In high school it just so happened that I liked being around females. I made friends with a few, and through the last 20 years these friendships have been invaluable. When I was single in college they acted like wingmen, helped filter through crazy and normal women, and now in my 40s I've learned a lot just from being in thier life proximity. Rollo's female timeline of needs and responses is so on point that it is insane. Ages of eventual divorces and everything. I have been reading and learning…

I just started enjoying myself around 32. I'm 38 now and can't believe how lost I used to be. In everything. There is always time to unfuck your life.

When I moved to a new area, I got the park district activity book, and signed myself up for co-ed softball and volleyball. Just needed to start breaking into social circles. It helped a lot. Even the people outside of my age group helped me network out. It really paid off huge for me.

I have a friend that is a skinny guy that is just a monster in terms of numbers he can put up at the gym. It happens. Protien shakes and high carb diets do nothing for him. Just focus on pushing numbers. My friend, does every single Spartan race and tough mudder he can find. Usually places insanely high. Usually finds very attractive female types in the same circle. It's all relative.

Thanks for this. I have a toddler and am already watching and talking to people in my local school district. Due to my work schedule I won't be dealing with the PTA much, but I plan on taking the kid and doing as much old school man shit as possible. My father wasn't around much, but I had two amazing grandfather's on both sides of the family that we're pure old school alpha male and lead by example. I hope to do the same for my kid.

My health insurance offers a program where if I pay the program 29 dollars a month, I can use about 180 gyms in the state and beyond. LA fitness, planet fitness, and most others are included, and many small gyms. I actually look up gyms on Google maps and Google maps tells you how busy they are, and make my decision where to go. It's amazing.

I am not a doctor of any kind, but Musk exhibits some signs of bipolar disorder and or possibly clinical depression. Many very creative and or driven people do. Many of these types of people also latch onto a significant other or family member as a means of stability in thier life or a launching pad to return to when their upswings and downswings subside. In those instances, I feel rp theory goes out the window because this person is operating on a different system of objectives and using relati…

While I agree with OP, I think it's important to know information to be able to blend in with the social strata you are a part of or want to be a part of. I did not watch the game because of other commitments, but this morning I studied up a bit so I am able to at least contribute at the office and the gym because that's what's going to be talked about today. If you say.. "I didn't have time to watch, but I caught some of the highlights online, looks like a great game" You are a team player... I…

I think I am the slightly younger version of you. Former army grunt, middle aged cop. Found rp a while ago by chance and have been owning my shit and on a path to better myself before my relationship goes to hell. I think the most real thing anyone has ever told me is to always be ready to leave. If you aren't ready to leave, and if she isn't ready to leave... Then what incentive does the other partner have to try to keep them from doing so? So your relationship may end. So may mine one day. The…

I have one kid. I would not mind adopting, but theres something to be said for having a small genetic copy of you that does all the same ignorant shit you used to do and pisses off your wife / girl / whatever in the same way. that being said, one is enough, getting snipped in october.

I don't know how funds are... But find a CrossFit gym and join it. CrossFit is a social club like anything else that automatically takes over social media. When you go, you will be on social media many times because new friends there will tag you, and she is going to be bombarded with pictures of you working out with and near women in a group setting. Give it a month and figure out child care for the two of you during a class three times a week and she will be there as well.

I have to agree. I am 36, when I was in college MySpace was a thing, AOL instant messenger actually was the way most of us on campus communicated, and Facebook was just getting started. But I remembered talking to alumni before I graduated and over and over I was told that any connections you can forge, keep handy. Facebook was key for this, professional networking, getting myself into social circles, even charity work. It forms lists of contacts for you. If you are not using social media like a…

I have been in a lot of fights. I used to be very hot tempered in my youth. But I have some questions. As I understand it, you were sucker punched in the stomach. At this point, did you feel an immediate threat of another punch and move without hesitation to defend yourself by striking the guy in the face to create distance and gain safe routes of travel? Or did you get the wind knocked out of you when nobody else saw it, take a few steps back over hunched over trying to breathe, stand back up, …

I was born in 1980... right on the edge of gen X and millenials. I went to the army at 17, got out and went to the trades, made good money but was bored. put myself through college and while I am not rich, I am never out of work. when I was having a hard go of life I went on Craigslist and was doing day labor in between applying for jobs. I think the future is made for people that go out and hustle. Jobs are there if your willing to bust your ass and build your resume. millenials as a whole, go …

While in Iraq, I suffered an injury that left a permanent damage to my Achilles tendon in my left foot, and shattered a few bones as well. Some pins, surgeries, and a lot of physical therapy later... and 12 years... I have a limp. I can also jog if I have to, and sprint if need be, but I try to avoid it... it took me 10 years to get to that point. I am very self conscious about it, but I have found that there are some leg exercises I can do at the gym, I have found that I can ride the shit out o…

as a fellow vet, I feel that you may be experiencing risk seeking behaviors and justifying them through RP. Its one thing to really live life, and to do the things that you want to do because you only get one chance to live life... but its another thing entirely not to even consider consequences to actions. I climb mountains, I do take a lot of risk seeking activities to the limit, but at no time do I just climb the mountain without planning and or thinking of consequences and planning around th…

I discovered RP about two years ago, and I believe I was one of the lucky ones that had grandfather and father that established proper roles and taught me things that every male should know. But MRP has been a clearing house of information about what to do when you are done "spinning plates" and go after RP on hard mode. The biggest thing I take away is RP/MRP is still a focus on you living your life, improving you. I can't imagine what you, your wife, and your kid are going through, I could flu…

While it may be slightly unrealistic, one of the pillars of red pill theory is to keep improving yourself. While improving yourself for your own sake, are you not ultimately striving to be the best in any category anyway? Chad is an asshole, beat chad. In every fucking way possible.

I have a 55 year old lawyer friend with the same diagnosis as you. Guy is married... and the only thing that holds him back is that he can't drive. He Ubers it to the courthouse. His suit game is on point... his tastes refined... and women love his attitude, which is basically "I don't care... I'm gonna do it anyway." Being alpha is dependant upon conditions. Your SMV is not dependant upon shit else besides what you go out and forge yourself into. It may not be alright... but you can still drive…

I have read all the comments, and here is my question. "When we hang out" It seems like everyone else in this group is single. Think about what you were out doing when you were single... were you quietly socializing with married couples or were you putting yourself in social situations where you could have a positive outcome with the other sex. Or maybe you had not swallowed the red pill yet, either way. My wife has a very high SMV, I not as high, but I dont give a fuck. When (shes currently dam…

I think a lot of the rules here mag be a but different then usual if you are in a college setting and in the same social circle with this girl. The last thing you want to do is create a demon salty flavored bitch poisoning the well slowly from the pool of possible plates. When I was in your shoes I had a similar breakup with a girl in college and she went off and waged a PR war against me. Looking back, I should have broke up with the girl quickly and never looked back. Instead... I caved and en…

If you read my post, I basically agree with you, was just suggesting that if the guy likes doing crossfit, and has spent some years lifting, it may be doing him some good.
/r/MarriedRedPill15/10/15 01:55 AM

generally... I agree with the idea that crossfit will not get someone ripped, but in a higher post op states that he has been lifting for about five years. if he has a build... crossfit may help him eliminate fat and tone everything up... plus... he said he likes it. bonus... crossfit is a great place to start dread game... as xfit gyms coms with automatic female xfit crossfit friends on Facebook and social media.

Progress... at lifting shouldn't me measured in looks... watch progressions through strength. I for instance will probably never have washboard abs, I will never be any kind of model... but I keep at the gym. I keep lifting heavy shit and putting it down. SMV might equal the ability to break down the fucking wall like the kool aid man and rip apart a phone book. In bed when she can't stop feeling your arms... remind her about fucking progress.

For what it's worth, Bill Whittle is actually a hell of an author as well. Years ago he had a blog called "eject eject eject" that focused a lot of what was going on after 9/11... and at the time I was deployed to Iraq. I wrote him a small thank you for keeping me motivated through some of the bullshit of being a deployed troop, and he sent me his book, refused my attempts to reimburse him for shipping,etc... and generally sent a very distraught troop a fistbump that helped me through some crazy…

I was in a military unit with some guys that became close friends from KY and TN and GA... no shit, they will sit and tell stories of nothing with no punchline... all day and night long because the way their society is and how they are raised means that any break or dead space in conversation is frowned upon. We eventually had group rules, where only shit that happened in the last month could be talked about. This ended hearing the same fucking story over and over again, and got the point across…

Personally, I don't understand why you had to give this plate any type of definition of what you are currently looking for. Doing so is almost a response to a shit test. You spin plates, you don't try to write them haiku.

The only result I want when shit like this happens, is for the game to change. I understand whats going on in her head for example. She gets home from work where she is not allowed to vent frustrations. I understand that shes gonna have to get that out of her system somehow. If it keeps going however, and I cant say or do anything to change it... I remove myself from the scenario. Just because she is having a fucked up time, doesnt mean I have to.

I have a kid on the way, and honestly... havent thought of this problem down the road. But thinking back, my father was pretty RP. I think this very much depends on the life / occupation that you have. If for instance, your occupation depended upon working into social circles and using them for employment and networking, then I completely understand the need to have the veneer of social acceptance through material assets. Luckily, both my occupation and my wife's do not, but in another line of work, where my shoes, clothes, car, and appearance of wife matters to get paid, I see your point.

While I was in college, a female friend of mine landed a job as a writer for a website. She literally controlled about 200 accounts and sent messages to men. Nonstop. During class, after class, before class, and got paid per message. Because of this, here I am now almost 15 years later, and I never tried any kind of online anything.

:::pressing pause button::: After military, I went to college and knew from military exp that I excel in situations where I have group support. I then went through rush at my university with a very short list of what types of bullshit I would tolerate in order to get the social and academic support I knew I needed. I found a house that I fit in with, had a large number of men in my same major, and had a very good house average GPA. I spoke with their faculty advisor (most houses have a faculty a…

Depending on the district, it is just as good as prison. I have seen alt schools with classrooms designed with holding cells so when the students act up, security puts them in the holding cell, so the teacher and keep legally teaching them. Also, aint nobody getting into a good college with a behavioral disciplinary school transcript.
