That's a large problem I have with this particular post, I'm afraid it's just the beginning as we get bigger here. If I wanted "feel good" posts I would have stuck with r/seduction. This is one of the first big cracks on the hull I've seen here so far. Following the up/down votes regarding gaming is unfortunate to my feels.

This sub's chink in the armor. Everyone here is quite logical regarding what leads to becoming alpha except when it comes to giving up something they truly love. Thanks. I've come a long way thanks to my friend. He's a natural alpha and doesn't know about/agree with some red pill stuff, but his help guides me to be a much better man than I was a year ago. I wish I could share all this in more detail, but he's quite well known in some media circles. His situation is presently shaky, so I hope to share what I've learned in my own way once he's out, which is within the year now.

No, it's just that any recreational activity I've come to enjoy is something that benefits me. ex. (Working out, socializing with friends in person, improving my art skills). I have to say, cutting videogames out of my life was a major step towards getting a life. All my friends who play get far less done than I do. It adds up over the years. I've been able to learn new languages, travel, and work geographically independently thanks to having the time to do things that don't involve false rewards. Hell, I work on making videogames now (freelance multimedia guy) thanks to the time I've saved. You can't truly take the red pill without cutting the power cord.
