2	Pussy pass backfired Well let's follow the logic a little deeper here: When employers don't know the gender they choose the most qualified. That seems logical to me and fair. Maybe men are more qualified because of their lifetime of preference, if so that would be unfair. But when employers do know the gender they choose more women eventhough the men are more qualified.
