1	Why does the man-child seem to be more common today? There is a program to help those who are extremely in need or retired, but I don't know if it extends to Mortgages (almost certainly not). Couldn't tell you much else though unfortunately. We have temporary stuff for the pandemic. 2	Why does the man-child seem to be more common today? It is probably equalized a bit over a lot of them. Being fair, I'd rather earn <30K in the UK than in the US. Much better social safety net. It just seems, maybe as a result of the social benefits everyone gets, the ceiling for earnings in a lot of fields is significantly lower than the US. It's a difficult thing to consider. (More in hand per month than my mother who's been a nurse in the NHS for 35 years). Dietitians/Nutritionists can expect the same salary range upon graduation. 1	Why does the man-child seem to be more common today? Yeah, California looks scary in that regard. Can't say I envy that at all. Of course there are outliers to what I said. But generally speaking, across the US, I wholeheartedly believe that there is 10-15 professions that altogether 85%, if not more, of the population are capable of doing (physically and mentally) that would give them a really good life (Nice family house, comfortable financial situation with a spouse). 7	Why does the man-child seem to be more common today? I'm still quite young (24) so I'm willing to admit I could be wrong. But I really hate this idea that there are no opportunities in the west, especially in America. Yes, there are a ton.
