so sorry. mine was lil Raspberry at about 10 weeks. it’s hard and she still hasn’t left my mind n heart. really you just learn to live with it just like anything else. eventually you will not cry every time you think about him or see a baby or think about ur future. for now focus on physical healing. hopefully your man is there for comfort bc he is the only person in the world feeling the same exact thing even tho u may feel alone. sending hugs and peaceful rest.

thank you for responding. i certainly don’t want to be blinded by immaturity or selfishness. it just feels like he learns the hard way and it makes it hard for both of us. for example, we’ve discussed him getting a CDL or certificate or some sort so he can have something more reliable and lucrative than ubereats so that we can start saving for a house and kids. every day i hope when i come home that he’s found a program or is looking into it but not yet…it’s been 4 years we’ve been together, and…

if the eating out is the biggest thing, try making smaller portions + switching up the meal rotation. i know what it feels like to not know if he can “handle”saving or what have you. but you have to trust in his capability as a human and the person you love. sounds like he’s already beginning to see how he’s wrong. he is the one working, so until you’re married, i say let him stress about where his own earnings are going. eventually, he’ll come around in his own way. if you force him or nag, it …
