I don't think you can speak on behalf of an entire gender that broadly. I know plenty of men who genuinely value personality and value of companionship over looks. Sure looks are nice but that's caveman tier values

You can find a decent woman who didn't fall for the first shiny idiot that came along, though. The same way you're asking women to consider more than just chad's good looks, you have to do the same thing and look past a woman's looks at her personality and values. I think it's worth mentioning there is also money involved. Many ideologies are about finding upset/lost/scared people and empowering them by making them angry at some vague caricature of an enemy/group. It's easy and profitable, especially when targeting men who are told to help themselves instead of asking for help.

This is a problem everywhere in social political discourse. Blaming the previous generation (of politicians) is taken as "your actual parents are at fault" for example
