It is used in the verb form here, to bend or buckle. Meaning Betas do what they are told to do, vs Alphas that tell (or command in another way) others what to do.

This is not about your failed marriage, your daughter or your job...this is only about you. All of those things are external factors that only work in your favor when you get your shit together. Read everything in the side bar thrice over. Eat well, workout, make some friends, find multiple hobbies...create self-value. Only when you can rebuild an awesome you, can you win at other aspects in life.

I love that show, posted about that marriage counseling episode during the season last year: https://www.reddit.com/r/marriedredpill/comments/3kz3p6/interesting_marriage_insight_on_rick_and_morty/ It really hit home for me as I continued to work on my RP philosophy. Some comedic relief on this journey is very re-enforcing and relieving.

Walk away and do something else, esp for yourself. If it continues then disconnect from her, withdraw affection. Her no answers are a violation of your marriage vows, which are to love no matter what. If she is choosing to break those vows then your actions need to reflect that.

Omg, victim puke. All talk and no action, plus the entire focus of this was on her. When you are ready to start talking about yourself and build your life that is not centered around her, come talk to us.

I'm not much of a gym person so I've been using my own weight-set in the garage for a year and a half now. I started off with the olympic barbell and dumbbells (from Dick's) last year and then added a weight bench (from Amazon) this year (and my mom got me a roll-out rubber mat). I wake up at 5:30, warm up with sit-ups and push-ups and then go hit a weights workout targeting different areas for each day: arms, shoulders, chest & core, back and legs. My brother got me the Men's Fitness Exercise B…

Making eye contact and a big 'ole grin goes a long way. It tells you that you already know the answer to her shit test but don't need to actually say it.

Mines represent the gaps in any vacation where you are not leading. Before my RP days, we would plan a vacation together and when it was time to execute, sometimes we were not on the same page details-wise and that could potentially lead to a conflict (mine goes boom). I've been on my RP journey for over a year and a half and we have been on a few vacations, the longest one being last Spring. I have taken complete control of every aspect so she can let go and enjoy the ride. Of course she says t…

Well this was back in my blue pill days so I was very much at her whelm. She takes birth control primarily for her stability from very intense periods and also not getting pregnant. The one thing it did do was made her not worry if she skipped her pill for some reason. That certainly carries over to my red pill today (I just make her dread something about me now instead of her getting pregnant).

It's really not a big deal. I did it and it did not change my sex drive in anyway.

About half way reading NMMNG for the first time, I was soooo pissed off! I was raging that this author thought he could berate me for my nice nature. I vented to a RP friend and put the book away for a few weeks. After reflecting on it for sometime I gave it another chance and the second time is when it started to make sense. Give it time brother, sort out those feelings.

Parent of twins here and my first thought, there is never the 'right' time to have kids. We were still in an apartment when they were born and even during career transitions and house finding/buying, the kids did not create a difficult strain where we felt like we could not do anything because of them. Now you do have to frame this in order to be the leader here. What I told my wife was to stop preventing, no more birth control, but then I carefully timed out our sex during her ovulation time so…

Find an outlet to let the emotions out, just never at her. Post it here, write a journal, take a jog, lift some extra weights, argue at a lamp. It really does not matter how but indeed you are carrying your emotions and helping her to deal with hers so you do need to create an outlet to help manage that all. Even if you just want to PM me some rants, I'm totally open to reading and responding so you can manage these burdens. Maintain your frame but do manage those emotions now, or else they will…
