Because they are girls.

I probably wouldn't. There are lots of girls out there who won't bang a virgin. They don't want that responsibility Plus you leave her wondering why. You'll lose major attraction points.

I wouldn't get married. It's a raw deal for men. You commit your time, emotional engagement, and resources, and she doesn't have to commit anything in return. If she divorces you, you still owe her financial stability and she owes you nothing. If you really want marriage... Does she look at you with adoration? Does she respect you? Is she loyal? Does she try to win your affection frequently? Does she support your goals, adopt your values, show interest in your hobbies? Are there any major life g…

Well. My hat is off to you. At least you are out there trying. That's more than most will ever do.

Don't. Who cares if she does?

Well, from reading your post, I can already pick up one thing you are doing wrong. If you have approached 100 girls and got turned down 100 times, you have tried to close way too often when you shouldn't have. One important and crucial step in pickup/game/seduction is identifying indicators of interest. If she is not showing interest, don't try to close. If I were you, I'd take a step back and stop trying to close all together. Approach girls and engage with girls everywhere. All types. Old, you…

My questions were more rhetorical. You got to find what you are doing wrong and fix it. Maybe part of it is confidence and you are giving off a creepy vibe. I don't know. Have you tried going out with a wing man?

It's probably not just a confidence issue. I'd start looking at other areas you could be fucking up. Do you work out? Dress well? Have an interesting and fun life? Where are you approaching these girls? What types of girls are you approaching? Etc. It's not just about approaching 100 times. It's about trying new strategies and practicing so you find something that works.

They will talk. They will screenshot your convo and send it to all of their friends. This can be a good thing or a bad thing. If you are a creep and wired = bad If you are awesome = good, now all of her friends want you too

Best of both worlds. Some, be it a few, manage to have several loyal and intimate long term partners at the same time.

Read "saving a low sex life marriage." I had a similar situation to you where I had checked out for some time. It's great to work on yourself and add a lot of alpha traits, but it is disastrous to remove your presence. On top of that seems you have removed your time and attention as well. Your wife needs you to both be alpha, but to also be present, engaging, showing affection and giving her your time. Why would anyone want to stay with someone that they felt didnt even like them and wanted to h…

Some suggestions: 1.) Don't wait for her to ask. Tell her how she makes you feel. I do this somewhat frequently. For me, this was a big deal. I had a lot of the alpha, but was the relationship desperately needed me to add beta and frequent affection. 2.)when she asks "why are you with me" I don't think she wants a list of logical reasons. You make a list and any number of women can meet the criteria. You are with her for how she makes you feel. Avoid using logic to explain feelings. Read chapter…

I can't speak for all relationships but mine was like that 5 years ago. Ive been completely sober for 6 years and am in the best shape of my life. Make a great salary ~$200k. We've been together 10 years now. It has not gotten better. We now have a 3 year old and a 1 year old. We won't make it another year like this. You are in the prime of your life. Get in shape for you. Ask yourself if you want to be miserable for the next 60 years of your life. You deserve to be happy. I wouldn't bank on it …

My wife and model the anxious/pursuer and avoidant types. We are trying EFT, but I'm about through with it. I don't care anymore, which is also her biggest fear. I'm still trying to get my head around it all because I don't understand how I'm supposed to not want to avoid her. She's an asshole and over the top 24/7. Needs drama on her life always. Admits to being BPD in the relationship. Takes everything personal and acts like the most minor detail overlooked is as if I killed her dog twice. We …

On the bright side, you have the rest of your life ahead of you not to waste. This is what haunts me and has me considering divorce. I've wasted my 20s and mid thirties. Do I want to waste another day, year, decade?

Yeah, and I definitely feel that way at times. It can be absolutely hell sometimes and other times not so bad. I get caught up with wondering how much of it is me. Am I the problem? "A woman is a reflection of her man," etc. Undoubtedly, to some degree I must be. I have a lot to work on. My question is a legitimate, what do people do while they are working on themselves and things are still stagnant and it is clear that it will be a while before their needs are met? But to your point, there are …

You're probably right. My closest friends say this too. I have a lot of hope around this image of what our family could be. Realistically, we've been trying at this since we met ~15 years ago. It fucks with my head and I'm sure I have several posts where I sound like someone who has nothing figured out.

That's true. I also find that the energy builds to a point where it is distracting and infuriating. Haven't figured out how to focus it into a positive.

Also agree that my post was shit. I'll read through the others and do better next time.

Yeah. I agree. I love her - she's the mother of me children and I've shared a majority of my life with her. She can also be miserable to be around, and I'm aware my SMV is outpacing hers. She is aware of it too. I imagine I more want to make it work for my children's sake and that being divorced with children has no appeal to me, etc, than out of any enjoyment my current relationship brings. I have a lot of internal conflict, and until I decide to shit or get off the pot, progress will stagnate.…

I have an issue that is hard to articulate without barfing out all the nuances of my relationship with my wife, but I'll give it a shot. Married my first and only sexual partner. She was awful. BPD, cutter, had previously tried killing herself etc. I came to not like her and also resent her quite a bit. Eventually married her, but that was more me settling and not wanting to be the guy that strange her along, than out of extreme romance and love. Since then we've been through a lot together. Hav…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
